A ton of forever Simcoe, a good amount of southern and Vic secret cans, by the numbers is running lowish

 

Hearing that today's offerings aren't too great. That's a shame, was thinking about heading there later to grab what's left.

 

Where are you hearing that? This Vics Secret plus Mosaic is really good.

We are getting closer and closer to optimum OH can procurement ! Rolled in at 11:30 and got everything with a 10 minute wait. Between weekday releases, double batches and increased production, we are damn close. Just need to put #linelife out of business and we will have reached OH nirvana.

 

We need to stop the IG jokers with their hauls. The worst. 35+ year old grown men bragging about their pathetic lives and money spent on freaking alcohol. Pathetic. You know some of these guys do it for that...

 

I dont really go on IG, but sometimes I do. The breweries need to delete the asinine ISO posts. @RobNewton said it, people are almost pretty much FT:ISO the same exact beer. Posts there feel like a bunch of middle school kids posting.

 

BUT, do you post pictures with your pets dressed up next to 56 cans of beer every Sunday night. THAT is the IG nonsense I cannot stand. So much growing up to do.

The whole IG feeds for OH are trades, you're right. Zero beer discussion. Trades at 7am. So they can get drunk in line lol. Shame shame shame.

 

And by the way, many cheers to the OH team, week in and week out , without fail, they have those cans ready.

 

How am I being pretentious? If I hear Forever Simcoe isn't as good as previous batches, I'm not going to spend $20 a 4 pack for it. I don't have to buy because it's still available. Move onto next week.

 

The hype machine sets certain expectations that is basically impossible to live up to, so I wouldn't trust day 1 untapped can reviews. Best way is to grab a pour and then buy -- that's the benefit of can availability, you have to option to taste test first.

 

GM, BA-ers: anyone know if there are Vic Secret cans left today? Planning on swinging by, noonish.

 

And when I said "Peoples" I should have specified that I meant MY peoples. I don't go by Untappd reviews. I may still grab some today if available. Anything Vic Secret certainly grabs my attention. But I wasn't really a fan of the OG Southernhopalistic. We'll see.....

 

Usually it's not available on tap until the cans sell out.

 

I hope there's some left when I get back to work on Tuesday.

 

Just drank my last can of Coir Boiz and it was actually better than it was fresh. Tasted way too astringent fresh and now its like lightly hoppy coconut water.
