    Light golden color with white cap and lacing.

    Aroma of sweet bread and flowers. Sounds fancy but that's what I get.

    Flavor on entry seems a bit light but rapidly grows richer with hops adding to the mix. The bready qualities remain but the hops take on a more spicy turn with a refreshing bitterness in the finish and aftertaste.

    Abita kills it with the harvest series. Never too sweet. Smell of peach candy but taste is subdued and the "lager" whichever it is underneath is solid.

    Now this one though, i feel had potential but is a let down. I feel theres diacetyl at play. Big bold sweetness. Almost buttery. Then extremely dry finish. Was a miss for me.

    Great divide Collette.

    More of a hefeweizen than saison for me but nonetheless a good beer.

    You'll have your chance(s) to redeem yourself my friend! Stein Club Sunday's are every Sunday through Oktoberfest. Officially ends this Sunday, but on this side of the pond, we typically celebrate to the end of October. Same rules apply to SCS.
