Surly's latest "cellar raid" on Monday for those who weren't around nine years ago, with Darkness back to 2008 & Surly Four forward in the anniversary beers, plus 2016 BA Darkness.

Funny that they have 2016 Darkness for $30/bottle....

Where can I find Surly Bender on the cheap? Picked up some at HyVee for $10 and know I should be able to find it cheaper than that. Costco carry Bender as well?

South Lyndale has a few different Disgruntled crowlers right now, Stupid Good sold out quick but they had a large amount of Reaper left, about a case each of Guvnor, Toasted Blonde and The Utha Side also in the cooler. Also had a couple different Drekker 4 packs though Ectogasm was already gone.

 

@kbergen28 hit me with a nice little box the other day. He saw me asking in the Pipeworks thread about BA Abduction while I was on my trip to Chicago, but sadly I didn't make it there so he offered to pick me up a bottle. Sweet extras as well, Forbidden Root and Corridor stuff, and some new brewery ticks in there as well (Listerman and 18th street).

Ectogasm at Zipps

 

Last minute cellar sale at Zipps this morning. Picked up Scotch/Brandy Abyss along with 2014 BA Narwahl. Other offerings included KBS, Mexican Biscotti Cake Break, The Dissident, Lizard of Koz, Brooklyn Black Ops, Steel Toe Lunker, etc. I imagine it'll be fairly picked over by 11 or noon, but worth a stop if you are in the area this morning.

 

Will there be rum King coming out yet this year? I was up in town for a conference last year about this time and was able to pick some up then. Was hoping to get some 2017 version this year.

 

Release party at all Old Chicago locations next Wednesday and says it's the 1st taste a week before anywhere else so release to liquor stores will either be a week or two after that.

 

I'll be in town today and tomorrow. Is there any chance I can get some lupulin brewing four packs anywhere?
