Any idea as to what will be on tap for tomorrow (besides, I'm assuming BAGJG b3)

 

I'd think bagjg b2, b1 is gone supposedly.

There'll prob be some holdover from the Bruery event, which was the two offshoot collab, Sucre and other stuff I can't remember.

 

I think Sucre was on last night.

Does hpb do flights?

 

Not really but you can get 5oz pours of their beer.

 

No. But They have taster glasses

I just dropped off a few treats for the first folks picking up BA GJG tomorrow. :-)

Has anyone else gotten a slight burn from Genius? I’ve never gotten that from an HPB “hazy” before. Oh well.

 

Yep, I've tried it twice and just can't get past it.

 

What about treats for those that come by, say, 830ish?

 

They generally only do 2 tasters at a time.

 

Three pilsners, BAGJG, One Up, Sun Soaked, Science Sucks...why you gotta be so awesome but so far from me, HPB?

All y'all stopping by and picking up your bottles in the middle of the day while I'm stuck here at work is really rustling my jimmies with jealousy.

 

Awww, you're welcome folks. Just FYI, I split the difference between my regular brew profile of the natural Sidamo and the GJG profile, 402° final temp for the brew profile, 404° for yesterday's roast, and 407° for GJG.

Bob stored the greens in his deep freezer and I roasted them the day he added the whole beans to the barrels and then I roasted the last of them yesterday.

And if you're on BA my apologies to the couple at the bar today, I'm tired and a little drunk so I was having trouble holding up my end of the conversation. Thanks for the kind words for the regular batch 3 GJG.
