The saga continues. Wu Tang, Wu Tang.
What's left of my side by side. Paulaner Oktoberfest Marzen and Paulaner Oktoberfest Wiesn.

The Wiesn is brilliant blonde yellow with a soapy white head and as expected, is crisp malts, bready and with good carbonation. Earthy, floral hops.
The export marzen has a vibrant amber body with an equally impressive head. Toasted grain, bready with a touch of caramel in the taste. Slighty more hoppy than the Weisn. Medicinal and earth.
Both are damn near perfect in their way.

Thank goodness the Red Sox finally closed out the Yankees and at least getting a five-game series to lose and prolong my disappointment. Do I have to say it? Go Twins!!
(I only say that because the Senators moved there from my current city years before I was born in a city a long train ride from DC, so I'm a big nostalgic fan, @PatrickCT)

Domestique Wit. Kinda heavy on the spices, but still quite nice overall. They got the feel and the dryness perfect, though, and that's impressive in and of itself.
