One question, my bag says "roasted on 10/3/2017", lol I'm assuming it was supposed to be 9/3/2017?
Unless they were roasted in the FUTURE D:

Is Pioneer Man still on tap? Not seeing it mentioned, was hoping it would last through today.

Hah, awesome. No, it was roasted yesterday, 9/28. I printed labels for next Tuesday and Thursday yesterday, too, so apparently I can't cut and paste very well.

I was going to say French Press but with the return of this summer weather it will make a nice cold brew.

Ba gjg reminds me of fudge dog, but wayyyyy better. Practically no heat and just chocolate fudge. Glad I fucking maxed out lol

Still on tap as of 5:43 and is tasting mighty fine.
Any recomended ratio? I may not have been one of the first 15 but I’m always looking toward improving my coffee making skills. Right now I do one cup of coffee to three cups of water in my French press.

That was my feeling on the first bottle I had. On tap today it was tasty as fuck but it didn't seem quite as luscious as my preview bottle. Looking forward to trying my next one!

    Dilla particularly on point tonight!

Way more beers I haven’t tried tonight than usual. Hopeful my future drunken self will forgive me for overindulging.

One nitpick about the dilla for me is that they should just replace the pico with some kind of tomato aioli or maybe a spicy or a chili-lime aioli.

It’s too awkward to place chunks of tomato and onions onto it! At least the guac you can smear!

An aioli on the other hand? Where you can dip? Now you’re cooking with gas.

That's why you put the pico IN the dilla.

It's been about a year since my last visit to Hermosillo. Heading there today for bro-in laws BDay thingy. His and our missus first time to the Herm. I always hear about this Dilla thing. I've only had the pork belly tacos and meatloaf sandwich. Beers are always outstanding at HpB.

Super excited for these guys to get their own place, but also kinda bummed. The Herm is pretty far out of the way for me but bottle pickups are the perfect excuse to visit and enjoy the amazing food and laid-back vibe (not to mention amazing beer). Once HPB relocates, though, I feel like I'll probably never go there again.

Relocate? I thought they are opening up a 2nd HpB somewhere in DTLA or Chinatown?

Yeah it's just a second location. HPB, from what I've heard, is not leaving Hermosillo
