Earlier, second pour while working on the birthday gift from my son. He got his love of Legos from me, so he got me the Chicago set I really wanted.

Boulevard BBQ 2008-2. Full of dark fruit and very soft overall. This cellar experiment worked.

Normally don't post or drink on weekdays, but this day seemed to deserve it, and I'm taking a hiatus until later this month after tonight.
Going with my normal lineup for the past few weeks, starting with Dogfish Head Indian Brown, and following it with Left Coast Hop Juice.
Cheers Advocates and have great night!!

Since this game is going Satan's way, I will take my beer out to the porch & enjoy a misty/rainy Ozark October evening. Prairie Imaginary Friends IPA. Seeing these guys Friday!

You would think that Herbie Hancock is cooler than a guy that signed the Declaration of Independence.

With friends like @PatrickCT and @Lingenbrau, who needs enemas? All I can say is I'm glad @joe1510 isn't around tonight. A slightly cooler than room temp of this really good one next to my finished project is my closer for tonight.

On a personal note, I always loved Freefallin' because I lived in "the Valley" on and off for ten years and both worked at places and spent lots of time on Ventura Boulevard. Tom Petty was an f'in American treasure who we're all gonna miss. But I really liked how he collaborated with others. Here's two I don't think I've seen played on the virtual jukebox by any of my virtual barmates.

Cheers, anybody reading this. Enjoy what you got while you can.
