I agree with Lutter that the black quad is pretty good. The pale ale was so so

Thanks. Good to know. I plan on picking up one of each if I can find them at Spec's or HEB this week.

I went into the Specs in Georgetown, TX today (about 40 min north of Austin). I know their product moves slow, but I happen to be looking for some Sept Endeavor, and so I checked there. They had Endeavor on the shelf, but it had NO date on it. Was that the FIRST batch, still sitting on the shelves? None of their bottles had dates, so I'm thinking it might be..... (no, I didnt buy any)

I'm pretty sure they were all bottle dated. Might be a miss stamping?

Maybe, but there was at least a case-worth there, and none had dates, so the whole case must not have been stamped. No way to know whether to buy THAT or not

It's at HEB across from Gabriel's in SA as well (saw it yesterday). I wonder why they got it before Gabriel's.

One of the bottles of pumpkinator I got didnt have a label. Did anyone else have that happen? Its not like it fell off, there was never one on it... Its nice to not have to clean it off for the homebrew but Im still curious if it happened to others.
