Correct, I didn't. That bad, huh? Well, I guess I've been fortunate to have tried their beers that they have focused their efforts on correcting.

I only ever had the One Hop This Time: Citra which was definitely an awesome experience.

I had One Hop Citra yesterday. It was good. Their hoppy beers are good. Their other stuff is very hit or miss for me. The consistency has improved greatly since the beginning, but there are still a bunch of misses. To their credit, they do try to do a lot of things. It's not just all hoppy beers.

I have had Aloha Weisse which was quite impressive to me. I'll admit that perhaps their hoppy stuff has been very good to me. I love Santilli, The 87 and Whirlpool and have yet to find a bad batch by them.

Since I made the observation/complaint here earlier that Solar Plexus from Tap Brewing was tasting a bit off in their late August batch, I'm pleased to report that the 9/26 batch is tasting (and looking) back to its old self.

This makes me very happy as it's perhaps my favorite easily acquired DIPA these days. Hell, I'd still rank it pretty high amongst the not easy to acquire stuff.

    Atlas Medford has second fiddle.

modern times is everywhere, even total wine, which also has kiwi rising.

Rapid liquors has transient, loads of pipeworks, some singlecut

4-packs of Boulevard's Whiskey Barrel Stout have been popping up in a variety of places. I got mine at Streetcar in JP. Chill it to about 50 degrees and it's delicious.

I found that Redstone is breaking up twelve packs of JA Post Shift into six packs and charging the same as the six pack pounders are. Stay classy shitbags.

Tony runs the most underrated shop in town. Kid is a legend in my book.

Can't imagine JA would be too happy about that if true. Bad look.

Picked up one of these at CBC Belmont the other day (they had the barrel aged Quad too). Plan to drink it this weekend and will heed the temperature suggestion.

just enjoyed a Post Shift. At first, ice cold, started great but had a tad of that metallic bitter finish you get with some cheaper pilsners like Beck's or something. Mellowed after the first couple sips and it went great with my dinner. Solid beer, great price.

Also picked up a 4pack of Kiwi Rising and a bottle of Grimm Double Negative. This was at Bacon's in Hudson, MA.

Some of the OHTT's are really, really good. I especially loved Vic Secret a few months ago. Morph is occasionally outstanding as well.

Couple new lagers from Zero Gravity making the rounds, Keller and Oktoberfest. Really enjoyed both, the Keller is dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria but doesn't come off as overly Americanized to me. Oktoberfest is a very straightforward take on the style, nice rich maltiness with a clean finish. Both super drinkable.

Where did you find the Oktoberfest? I love everything Zero Gravity does and I haven't had that yet.

Zero Gravity Keller was a great find in VT early this year. Excited to hear it made its way down here.

Last night purchased and cracked open an Honest Weight/Enlightenment World Passport, their collaboration Belgian Pale Ale. It was, as expected, outstanding. Beautiful carbonation, complex Saison yeast aromas, and a damn joy to drink.

First beer I've had from these guys, but Collective Arts IPA No3 is pretty damn good. Picked it up at Bacon's in Hudson.

hmm... I normally love Kiwi Rising, but I just had a can I bought on Friday... gotta say it's not up to snuff. Subdued aroma, pretty generic hop flavor. bit of a let down.

I thought "ransack the universe" was solid, but they seem to sit on selves a bit. Thankfully the cans are dated
