Also Flossmoor Station isn't far from FFF either. I haven't been to the Two Brothers Roundhouse in Aurora yet, but have heard it's cool. A bit far from the city, however.

The Roundhouse is an awesome venue. Prolly one of the best in the area imo. It is a bit far from the city but u can take the train from Union Station in Chicago to Aurora. The train station in Aurora is connected to the Roundhouse so you're right there when u get off the train. It's a 1hr 20min train ride but u can drink on the train so that helps.

I'd hit Piece (near Revolution if you go there) before Two Brothers any day of the week.

Never been to rev yet excited to try it out. Would you go to three floyds for lunch or dinner. I think going to aurora is too far for this trip

3Fs is farther than Aurora, but I think 3Fs would be a good start for lunch. Then Revolution is good, Haymarket is a must stop, then Goose Island Clyborn is pretty solid aswell. Then splurge for the bachelor, and order a chocolate milkshake at The wiener circle or take him to the Baton would be a interesting way to end the night.

I'm assuming you're going on a weekend. If so, you'd be better off going to FFF earlier. The brewpub is usually packed on Friday and Saturday nights and there will be a wait. Also, just an FYI, FFF is under construction right now. They are open, but operating on a "Temporary Destruction Menu" meaning limited food offerings available and all beers are served in 16 and 8 oz. plastic cups. Check the website:

Like the previous post said, not only is FFF under construction, but it'd be pretty difficult to get in there with a bachelor party group. There is almost always a line out the door starting before they open and throughout the day. Unless you guys are committed and get there an hour before they open to have a better chance of seating (and together nonetheless), then you would probably be better spending your time elsewhere.

And I agree with everything said about Revolution. It's a very cool place and they have great food. Another good idea is Sheffield's in Lakeview. They have excellent BBQ and a great draft list. Goose Island Clybourn is always good too, but if you're stoping by Sheffield's, the Goose Island Wrigley location is only a couple blocks away. And if you continue to head North, you could go up to Hopleaf. That's another fantasic craft beer bar.

I wouldn't go to FFF. Place is a dump in the middle of the nasty ghetto Indiana. The bar/restaurant is small and smells like crap. Don't get me wrong, I love their beer, but would be upset if my bachelor party took me there when it was intended to be in Chicago.

Stick with what Chicago has to offer.

Not to mention right up the road a mile or two there are several choices of establishments often frequented by bachelor parties.

And LOL at "nasty ghetto Indiana".

Alright, that was a little rough. What I meant to say was FFF is very small and not in a convenient location to get a bachelor party to from Chicago.

Not sure what you're getting at here, but ok.

While it is small, so are most craft beer related places. I wouldn't consider FFF to be that much smaller than your typical craft beer bar. Also, they do fairly well handling bigger groups, not sure how many would be in the party. I went with a group of friends on our way home from a wedding in South Bend and we had an absolute blast. Great beer and great munchie food, what more can you ask for late at night?

If you couldn't tell, I kinda like FFF
