Doubling down on my current mood. Can't even work...even though I'm supposed to be editing.

Brewing/Cleaning complete, on this day in 1972 my father/friend/mentor
started the business I currently own,(purchased in 2000) He had 4 kids and returned from 2 tours of Vietnam, decided that it was time to go out on his own. A Master electrician with 1 weeks pay in his pocket, a 4 door Ford Falcon. 45 years later still going strong.
Since I have owned the company we take this fall weekend off as Founders Day in his honor.
He thinks we should be at work!

I read your reviee of this and i agree.

There is a high acidity from the roasting of malts in this BUT it comes out in the way the acidity does in a black coffee. Its got a tiny amount of dark chocolate sweetness on the back. Im enjoying this. I prefer Chocolate Love Stout. But its the difference of coke v. Pepsi. Pretty similar. Ones a bit sweeter. This is a great every day stout


Arguably my favorite band, new album ive listened to about 5 times in a week since its release. Cheers to Chris, Vinny and Dave. RIP charlie. Cheers.
