Damn $21.99 is a good price, wish I knew they had it when I went up to Fishpaws. Corridor Wine off Balt/Wash Pkwy got it in today. 1 4pk limit though

Do you know the price there or how much they got?

I would assume the price is pretty good, like most of their other prices. Didn't ask either question, but give them a call

Just got back from Cindy's in Elkridge. They have about 4 cases in with a 2 4-pack limit per person. $24ish per 4-pack. Get 'em while they are hot! Thanks djre4orm for the update ... figured if Corridor had them then Cindy's would too! :grinning:

Thanks very much for the Bay Ridge tip. Called them and they held a case for me. By the time I got there I was picking up the last of it. Good price too.

Yup, i did the same thing - thanks Deutsches. Fortunately my lady works 5 mins from that place so was able to pick up a case for me after i called. Think that guy is pleased to get rid of it and can stop fielding questions from all of us!

I've lots and lots of good stuff (non-local, cellared imp stouts, barleywibes, old ales, barrel aged, sours, etc) to trade for some BCBS, if there is any interest. Shoot me a message if you're interested

Cindy's is great as Wednesday is also 10% off day. So I paid $21 and change for my 4 pack. Plus, picked up 1 additional single of it at $5.40. Wonder what the Perfect Pour is charging? :astonished:

From what I've read, it doesn't sound as if Howard County received any. Probably just as well, as I don't need any BCBS 4 packs, if they're selling for $40+ a pop.

Yea, Cindy's is definitely top notch people. I think the PP quoted it around arm+leg :grinning:. But in all seriousness, I don't know if they got any 2012 ... every now and then I would see them put out 1 single of the BCBS 2011 batch and slap a $12 price tag on it. It is getting to the point where I am seriously believing that they just hate their customers and never want repeat buyers.

Hates a little strong, but they (PP) sure don't care much about them (just whatever they happen to be carrying in their wallet). I used to stop by every once in a while, just because their selection is so good, but just on general principle I've stopped going there (pretty much permanently). The DFH positve contact email they sent out to their email customer list was so misleading, and so obviously geared towards screwing over their customers... to this day I'm just stunned thinking about it. Anyway, at this point, even if they carried Dark Lord, Kate the Great and KBS, and they were the only place in Maryland carrying those beers, I STILL wouldn't shop there.

Looks like Frisco's Taphouse in Columbia added BCBS to their tap list yesterday.

Cindy's is Howard County I believe. It's Elkridge. Anyway, I also recommend Jason's or Pine Orchard on route 40. Reasonable prices on everything. Betting they have Bourbon County...

Yea, I agree. I have definitely been going a lot less than I used to also. I would rather spend my hard earned cash elsewhere. I think the $70 Mamouche I saw the other day finally put the nail in the proverbial coffin for me shopping there.

Anyway, back on topic ... stephenjmoore, yes, Frisco had it on-tap there last night when I was there. It looked like a lot of people were ordering it. They listed the ABV at 14.5%, so I wasn't sure if it was this year's fresh batch (at 15% and theirs was just mislabeled) or an old 2011 one. None of the servers I asked knew. Unless I am wrong and for some reason the abv on the 2012 kegs is different than the bottles.

I would recommend calling first before heading over to Jason's or Pine Orchard for BCBS. The most rare or limited beer I've seen at Jason's in quite some time is/was the DuClaw Collosus, while at Pine Orchard it's been nugget nectar. I go to Pine Orchard a lot (their prices are very reasonable for Howard County), and I rarely see anything rare and/or limited.

Do you recall what they were selling it for and/or what the glass size was? I recall paying $10.50 a glass for a goblet of BrewDog Paradox, which is why I'm curious.

It was in the same ballpark as that. I think for a 10oz pour I paid $12 with tip, if I recall correctly.

Go buy two 12 oz singles of it at Cindy's for the same price!

Just returned from a lunchtime run to Cindy's. As of 1pm they have 1 4pack left and some singles.

I was talking a few weeks back to the beerguy at Stateline, they were told they weren't getting any, after they made some phonecalls, they supposedly got pomised three cases. They'll be divying that out to special customers, won't be putting it on the shelves.

Weird that a smallish place like Cindy's got 4 cases. Anywave, horray beer, I got two 4packs.

Just to add another sighting...and I mean 1 single 12oz bottle behind the "special" glass near the front counter--Perfect Pour is selling it for $12. I walked out laughing out loud...
