Agreed. And honestly, while I do enjoy most of their 'shakes, it just isn't worth the hassle to me. Especially when you can get awesome D/IPA's without really any hassle on a normal release day. You can usually show up when there is no line and get your allotment. Hell, it seems like more and more releases are making it to the next day.

Oh boy. Are We Okay? That's going to be at least $26-27 per 4-pack, right?

Are You Okay? was $25 per 4-pack.

Sounds like this one is triple hops brewed, though, so it's worth the extra couple bucks!

Where is everyone getting this "triple" stuff from? Their IG post says nothing about the beer but the name.

You can read the label on the can. It says Triple Oated, Triple Lactosed, Triple Fruited, Triple Dryhopped IPA.

Nice! some good detective work in this thread. Has anyone tried the single, Am I Ok? I have a 4 pack in the fridge but was letting it sit for a week or two. I thought the double Are you OK was pretty tasty.

Single was meh IMO... Double was much better. Five Leaves (i) blew Am I OK? out of the water.

Have to admit I'm not really into this recent run of lactose/fruit/sugar/honey IPA can releases. Missing the days where we would get a new standard IPA/DIPA seemingly every other week (in the vein of an Oblivex, Double Birth, Splendor, etc).

I don't mind them leaning into the lactose IPAs, but man your mentions of Oblivex and Double Birth makes me miss another one along those lines -- Heist Decoder. Let me know when Monkish returns so I can line up, awhile.

Heist decoder was the best IPA TH put out possibly ever... almost certainly in cans save for the first batch of punge and a few other releases like double mango shake/kalamansi shake etc

heist decoder was so damn tasty

Double Are You OK >>>>>>>>>Am I OK. In my opinion, not even close.

Hi guys - sorry for the basic question but I’m planning on visiting from central NJ (Colonia) tomorrow. I know it’s kinda hard without alottments announced yet, but what’s generally a good time to come for a mid-week release? If I get there just before open am I generally waiting a long time or is it fairly quick? Just trying to plan what time is best to head down, taking traffic, wait time etc into account. Definitely looking forward to getting some pours in at both spots, hitting up the store, etc. Wanna get the full Tired Hands eexperience haha. Thanks - Matt.

The release will be at 5pm, and they are punctual to the minute. Even without allotments being announced yet I can't imagine this release will be packed on the heels of this past Sunday, which was a monster release for them. You could either come down a little early (say around 2:30ish) hit the general store and the brew cafe and then walk over to the Ferm and hang out until the release. If you want the true experience bring a folding chair at 2pm you can put it down and hold yourself a spot near the front of the line, which you can return to around 4:45 and move thru the release quickly. It really shouldnt matter tomorrow though. Enjoy your trip and just be careful with parking in Ardmore if you drive, they will ticket you. Another option would be roll up around 6pm, hit the release, then spend the rest of your time bouncing around from the store and cafe to the Ferm.
