Sweet lord I need to find out if von Trapp is in Monmouth, Middlesex or ocean counties.

 

I'm gonna shit myself. I gotta call the brewery and find out where it's going. People say NJ and mean north. South of Monmouth on the shore we don't get much at all.

 

It's being distributed state-wide by Hunterdon - so they're responsible for the seeming lack of the brand in central/southern NJ, not the brewery.

 

That Woodbridge border is a real thing. I haven't seen any of Von Trapp or Singlecut lately south of Woodbridge.

 

I have family in the Spotswood area so I'll check Woodbridge when I'm up next at least.

I've seen Singlecut at ridgeway liqours in Jackson. Down the street from where the base is.

 

DARL was at Hopewell Buy Rite a couple weeks ago.

 

Been drinking a bunch of Von Trapp over the past few weeks. Between the Pils, the Helles, and the IPL I'm not sure which is my favorite. Hoping the new Kolsch shows up around here soon

 

I've been looking but I haven't seen the Kolsch anywhere and I'm starting to lose hope. Has anyone in NJ found some? At this point I'm ready to shift my focus to the Oktoberfest, which should be out fairly soon.

 

I saw Von Trapp in Gary's in Hillsborough a few weeks ago. A friend brought over a mixed 6 (he lives in Clark) and Von Trapp's Bohemian Pilser was one of the beers, I thought it was a very solid Pilsner. Looking forward to trying the other styles from them.

 

I've gone through a bunch of Von Trapp over the past few months since they started distributing to NJ. Between the Helles, the Pils, and the IPL, I've had at least one of their brews in the fridge on a regular basis. I'm actually drinking their Oktoberfest as we speak. It just hit shelves over here this week.
Side note: a new batch of PW Lizard King landed over today (canned 8/9) and it's tasting superb.

 

I have been enjoying their Pilsner my self as well.

 

yes I do, I believe the bottle on date is 10/16/17 for this year.

If it's anything like last year it shouldn't take more than a week from that date.
