    The second cash was something I suggested to them a few months. It's silly not to have a second cash during these releases.

    Ossington was quiet. Arrived at 12:30 with no line - just consistently went through one at a time. I've found that at Ossington, for the past few releases, if you arrive shortly after opening, you'll be in and out despite only one cash. Hafis gets hairy with the self service.

    I went with buddy at lunchtime haffis last few releases. Lots of room and good prices for half pours

    Both locations I've has similar experiences. Been arriving 1-1.5 hrs after release and been between 0-5 people in line. Didn't make this round unfortunately.

    For those that don't have instagram.. Bellwoods is releasing two Barn Owls. sour red ale with Blueberries and the other raspberries. $14\btl and max 4 per person.

    I am hoping to get at least get 2 of each.
    The last barn owl they had with cherries was solid and delicious!

    Bellwoods Witchstock beer releases:



    Releases:

    Līgo - Wild Virginia Farmhouse Ale. Brewed in collaboration with Pen Druid Brewing. This crisp farmhouse ale was brewed using loads of malted Virginia oats, and fermented entirely by a wild Virginia yeast strain used by our friends at Pen Druid. 8 bottles/person, $7/bottle.

    Fruit Helmet - Pale Ale with Guava, Passionfruit, Raspberry and Lactose. Brewed in collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing, this is an updated version of our 2012 collaboration. We swapped the yeast for a more expressive strain, and added milk sugar. 8 bottles/person, $8/bottle.

    Friendly Confines - Strong Stout with Coffee, Cocoa, and Coconut. Brewed in collaboration with Left Field Brewery. We brewed two versions of this beer, one at Bellwoods and one at Left Field. Our version features coffee from the west end roaster Propeller while the Left Field Version uses coffee from the east end roaster Pilot. Both versions will be on draught at Witchstock, but only our version will be available for take away – you’ll have to head to the east end to grab the other version! 2 bottles/person, $8/bottle.

    Passionfruit Milkshark – This heavily dry hopped Milkshake-style IPA was brewed with lactose sugar and apple pectin, and was conditioned on vanilla and passionfruit puree. 2 bottles/person, $7.50/bottle.

    CANS! – We will be selling 4 packs of cans of Jutsu Pale Ale ($20/4pack; limit 24 cans/person) and Witchshark Double IPA ($26/4pack; limit 24 cans/person).

    Bellwoods Bring Out Your Dead is releasing this Saturday at both shops. $14 a bottle and 12 bottle limit.

    Surprised by the 12 bottle limit, but I hear it is a larger bottling than previous years.
