    This is great. Rapid used to be the closest bargain store to me but this is half the distance. Will make a nice easy stop after walking the dog in the Fells.

    My Wegman's always gets it. I'm thinking I'll skip BCBS this year, though... I just don't feel that beer.

    Hibernation old ale is excellent and was my winter beer of choice a couple years ago. I'm a fan of bocks and this is in the same vein, by my tastes. I'm going to have to seek out the BA version.

    Might as well put it here, but Rosebud has some 3F and Cantillon bottles from their cellar for the release of a BBA Porter they collabed on with Lamplighter

    I guess not the right place for this but beer'd dogs and boats is on draft at the frogmore in JP. Well worth the drive to where ever-it-is Connecticut never mind down the street from me. Only seen beerd here a few times and never their heavy hitters like this or hobbit juice

    Dogs and Boats and Hobbit Juice also 8 days a week have showed up at a handful of stores on occasion. Not regular but they do show up.

    I remember seeing Hobbit Juice once when some beer fest was in town but that was the only time. I'll have to keep my eyes open because the drive from Boston is ROUGH.

    They really make incredible beer. Incredibly unique IPA's...reminds me of what Foundation does on their best days. Perfect blend of east and west coast ipa.


    And just to contribute to the thread, Sam Adams Utopias are popping up at CBC's in boston proper.

    I know there is another thread dedicated to it, but SN Celebration Ale is dropping everywhere right now. Also a shout out to Notch Left of the Dial. I crushed a bunch last weekend, such a great tasting session beer.

    SN's Snowpack appears to have dropped too - just picked it up at Rapid. And in other good SN news, Narwhal is in 6 packs this year for not much more money.

    Found it at Wegmans in Chestnut Hill today too. $13.99 for the 12-pack. Holiday Haze is real nice.

    Had BA hibernation last night. It was awesome. I found it to be more a slightly toasty barleywine but could certainly see a bit of dopplebock in it.

    On another note I picked up Hawaiian King from Foley and what a disappointment. So thin. Very much not an imperial stout. If they had marketed this as an imperial brown I think it hits the spot for me. Not what I was expecting it to be at all.

    Aeronaut & Idle Hands last time I was at Natural Provisions in Williston. Not the biggest bear section, but I often find things that I don't elsewhere.

    Picked up Idle Hands Six Seam yesterday. I really liked Four Seam so this looks great. Will be cracking one tonight hopefully.
