Atlanta to Braselton Suggestions

    I'm flying in to Atlanta on Friday and heading to Braselton for a wedding. Was hoping to stop at Creature Comforts on the way but they open too late for my schedule. Going to pick up some beers and am hoping to stop by a brewery or brewpub. Any suggestions of good places to stop? Thanks!

    Chateau Elan, I am guessing? If so, once you get there you will not want to leave and if you want good beer you should hit a bottle shop along the way. You are basically going straight through town to get up there. My Friend's Growler Shop for bottles and growlers if you want. Right off the highway, very accessible. Wrecking Bar and Porter are also pretty accessible from the highway as well.

    You could also take a slight detour through Decatur (Brick Store, Twains, 3 Taverns, and others) keep heading east to 285 and up around back to 85 to Braselton.

    Hope some of this works. You can definitely hit some of the city's major highlights along the way.

    Thanks for the info. Does My Friend's Growler Shop have a good selection of bottles/cans or would you recommend also stopping by Greens for those?

    If you have time, green's is going to have a wider selection.

    MFGS has a very good, albeit small selection. Greens has everything.

    Thanks for the tips. Went to My Friend's and picked up some growlers and cans. On the way back to Atlanta, hit up Wild Heaven.
