you didn't like it? If so, what similar beers are better? I have yet to open the 1 bottle I have, thanks to my hoarder friend.

No IMO the beer was horrible. The raspberry flavor was way too strong and I dont think it melded very well with the base beer/adjuncts. I'd put it up there wiht one of the worst beers the Bruery has ever made, however untappd scores tell me that the majority of tickers do not agree with me. So take my opinion with a grain of salt. I also hate Chocolate & Orange combo, which some ppl love. I think if you like Choc & Orange, you're more likely to enjoy the cuvee.

I'm just curious, if you like raspberry beers in general? I'm definitely a fan. Don't think I've ever had the combo of choc & orange.

I like Raspberry beers (love raspberry sours), but I'm not into Raspberry stouts. Raspberry lagers, cream ales, sours, etc... oh yeah I'm in.

I went to the Terreux tasting room on Xmas Eve last year (when they were letting society members get a growler fill of anything on the menu) when I was but a lowly RS member, planning to get a fill of PB & Thursday, but I asked someone working there what he thought about the HS choices and he said HC Cuvee '16 was one of his favorites The Bruery had ever done. I took his advice and he turned out to be right, it was amazing. It took a bit longer before I was ever able to try PB & Thurs, but after having both I still think I agree with him. So, thanks, guy who was working at Terreux that day

I definitely enjoyed the Cuvee 2016 as well, didn't blow me away, but I liked it.

Was lucky enough to get a bottle of Cuvee '16 as part of the archive sale last year. I thought it was OK. The smell threw me. The raspberry smelled artificial and I detected a lot of peanut butter. But not in a good PB&J way. It tasted fine, if not a little overboard on the raspberry. I do remember noting that it was one of the best looking beers I've every poured.

it's also pulling a 4.31/5 on BA. I had it on tap last year but by that time my palate was probably wrecked. My brother was not a fan though and dumped out the taster we shared. I think thrBruery beer got their revenge after he overindulged in Black Tuesday.

I thought the Bruery Hoarder 16 was quite good. The Terruex Hoarder 16 was complete vomit. That was vile.

I am not seeing BBA nine ladies posted online as available at Bruery main room. Is that just a typo?

Impossible. There's no way to overindulge on Black Tuesday.

I loved the Terruex Cuvee. Bought almost a case of it.

And, La Demence is straight up fantastic. Really hope we get offered more later.

Was that the white pepper thing? That was surprisingly great. I expected to hate it by description, but was possibly my fav of the night at the bottle share.

So what beer # total will be included in the welcome package? Trying to figure out bottle counts to maximize shipping costs.

Just add bricks to your box. Fill several slots in your shipper with sand or gravel and the shipping costs are maximized

Actually, it's the 3 bottle shipper. Since they don't charge you by the weight. It could be three bottles of concrete or three bottles of feathers. It's still $15.

We won't know how much is going to be available until it's ready. Since they will hold bottles for you for up to a year, I don't see how that matters. Obviously the 12 bottle shipper is your most economical option. Just have them hold your orders until you accumulate enough beers to fill a 12 bottle shipper. Rinse and repeat.

Shipper just arrived with Marzipandemonium and some other goodies. So excited I can actually try a beer BEFORE the allocation window closes! Love the new timing @BruerJoel

After how much I drank at this year's Anniversary party, I respectfully disagree. I treated my poor wife to a night I can't remember, but she'll never forget. I learned to respect that beer... big time! #neveragain
