Apparently I don't read everything. Possibly, but you are much better off buying Casey at Casey in terms of price and selection. But Basecamp has lots of other goodies from Colorado all in one spot.

Just came to say that the tour at Casey was amazing!! Definitely worth all the hours in the car. Maybe I got lucky being the last tour until renovation is over but they opened Leaner, Jammy, The Cut Raspberry and sold magnums of CFP Peach. Plus all the other bottles for onsite/to go was killer! John's the man! Definitely make the trip if you can.

Any members heading up over the next week or so? I have not been able to pick up my beers the past few months and I am approaching my pick-up deadline. If you can help me out send me a message and I'll get some thank you beers headed your way.

Looking for some advice for someone trying Casey for the first time. I’m trading for 2 bottles from this list, but they all sound great, so I’m looking for recommendations.

Peach bank, bourbon peach bank, apricot funky blender

Fruit cart: peach, nectarine, balaton cherry

Nectarine CFP, balaton cut, and plum cut

    Thanks!

The nectarine CFP was my favorite from my visit last month. The nose on that beer is incredible

I’d pick either of the Nectarine beers (CFP or Fruit Stand) and Balaton Cut.

Bourbon Peach Bank Nectarine CFP would be my vote.

I just came in here to say the Peach Fruit Stand (Red Haven) is really good.

My favorites have been the dry hopped varieties. Nectarine and peach especially.
I wasn't a huge fan of Jammy last year, but this one has been great. I still need to try the new Plum Cut, but previous plum beers have been among Casey's best.

As someone who's loosely followed Casey out of state(CA), do they ship? Or is proxy the only way to go

They do not ship. You can have a proxy (only another EF member) pick up for you. Casey will hold your beer for up to 3 months.

Sums it up nicely. Troy did start selling 6-shippers though for this exact reason.

Agreed, those dry hopped have been really really good.

When will Casey be contacting those who were selected to join their Extended Family memership?

Going out on a limb here... probably after they've actually been selected. 250 words isn't a lot, but when thousands of entries are submitted, it's gonna take some time to read through them all. This is a holiday week, sandwiched between Jammy and Leaner releases, all during significant construction at the brewery. I wouldn't expect to hear anything for at least a month.
