Hey! So did my my mom. She walked into a Total Wine, said her son was looking for this beer, and the guy gave her a bottle of non-infected 15 BCS.

Hope for the same gift this year! Cheers to the best moms!

Agreed to a point. Should still hold a fair amount of trading power later specially with the glass. While there was a larger amount, Benthic is a very popular beer and will most likely have a decent trade value cap over the year. Keeping my fingers crossed though; that it will trade close to 1:1 when BA Malevolence is released this year.

Only have 2 bottles from the HA release. I am hoping to get another chance to drink BACCM this year. Loved it when I had it in 15 ( last year Spiteful distributed BA beers) and want a dang bottle!

Still: wicked awesome release and will do again!

Honestly, if BAMCC is the same as last year, I'd take Benthic over it. It was a little thin and not sweet enough for me at the Goddamn Delightful Day release (I had bottles the last 2 releases, I think). Not saying it's not an awesome beer, just saying I'd have a hard time letting a bottle of Benthic go for it.

Youre probably right. Its been a while since Ive have BA Malevolance that memory is doing me a diservice. Part of the issue is that historically BAMCC has had a high trade and sell value. I probably should try it at bottle share or find it on draft before I get crazy caught up with the idea of how good it was.

    First world problems.

Hey, don't get me wrong; when I first had it (a couple fests + that first crazy small run of bottles) it was one of my favorite BA stouts, full stop. The second run at Goddamn Delightful Day...I actually preferred the BA stout they sold. It's still an awesome beer, just saying that it has let me down a little more, recently, than Benthic has. But I'm a big proponent of using your whales to get yourself what you want, so if you're cool with 1 Benthic and 1 BAMCC, I don't see the problem. I traded a bottle of Vanilla Rye for a growler of Baudonia a couple years back, and couldn't have been happier!

BAMCC in 2015 was absolutely incredible, I can't speak for last year's but the pour I had at FOBAB was still very good but not what it was in 2015.

It was my first time trying it, and I wasn't super high on VR. I wasn't disappointed. Wish they did more of Baudonia, and would love if they bottled it.

Did the math and you're basically paying $38+fees+taxes for the 2 glasses and convenience. Seems like a good ticket to split up between 2 or 3 people.

Definitely. Only odd bit is that the bombers aren't split evenly if you split it two ways, would be better if they just did full allotment on the bombers for ease of splitting between two people (1x 4 pack, 2 of each variant) but a minor gripe.

I was lucky enough to get the package last year and split it with one other person, was great.

Is anyone's mom going to big hugs release that can pick me up a bottle or two? I heard it'll be an easy release

I'm splitting it with 2 other people. We'll each get one vanilla bomber and one BA bomber. Going to have to pick straws for the odd number of 16oz cans and the glasses. The only bad part is if you want more glasses that will be difficult since pickup for the "Whole Enchilada" is at the Balmoral location and the merch is only being sold at Lincoln Ave location.

My friend and his Mom will be there. They offered to pick up some cans/bottles for me. Looks like another easy release for me. I'm on a roll!

Not sure it counts as an easy release if you're not there...kinda like saying winning the World Series was easy while you were on the disabled list.

You are counting on the line being short enough that she can double dip again.....
