    Friday drop:
This Friday Nov 17th we’ll have 2 cans available. The first is a tribute to the inspiration for our logo. @civilkarl and his wife’s dog Bella likeness was used to create our logo. She passed away in late September at the age of 12. We remember her with a beer aptly named Bella’s Last Dance (9%). We took Bella our base stout that has been aging in whiskey barrels and added some cocoa nibs and 2 of Bella’s favorite foods, marshmallow and peanut butter. We hope you like this beer we know Bella would have. 1x4pk pp, $10 per can. Second is DDH Weapon of Choice (7.5%) a IPA intensely dry hopped with Citra, Lemondrop, Enigma and Vic Secret then hit again with the same hops. This beer is intensely aromatic and hop saturated. 3x4pk pp, $18 per 4pk. We will not be selling any cans Saturday. Whatever is left will be available Sunday.

Makes me glad I made my plans to arrive in town Friday afternoon. Hoping it lasts until I can get there to scoop a couple cans.

Are you in St. Pete/Tampa, @Joehio?

Orlando, but it's a sad wasteland of mediocre breweries so I find myself in Tampa quite a bit.

Wish I could grab a can of Bella’s but won’t make it up there. $10/can is rough but what can ya do. Excited to try it at the party at least

I'm really looking forward to the party this weekend. Have a lot of excited energy so here I am posting. I didn't go last year, but was wondering if anyone that went last year has any pointers or lessons learned? How are lines, do big named places run out of beer early, what was the biggest waits last year, is it super crowded etc? Thanks for the help and time!

Last year for me big winner was Angry Chair with Rocky Road and Purple Puffs. Biggest line was 3 Sons others were Wakefield and Cycle. Some hidden gems were the beers being served by Odd Breed. And yes places do kick early, but there is plenty of beer to be had. Lots of new names this year as well- Bissel, Bottle Logic, Cloudwater Foam, Great Notion, Kent Falls, Magnify, and more.

I think the longest lines will be Great Notion for double stack, Bottle Logic if they bring stouts, 3 son's, and maybe JWB, at first some big IPA breweries may have lines but they'll die down quick. Last year the two biggest I remember were 3 Son's and Odd Breed. JWB ran out of beer pretty quick if I recall correctly too.

Thank you for the info! I had rocky road at AC's anniversary party last year and it was fantastic! Heard from some people that at one point there were no lines at 3 Sons and you could just go up and get a pour really quickly. I'm getting a plan together on what beers I want to drink, so was just curious about how long long lines are etc. Thanks again!

I want to know deets on the 3 sons beer! Really excited for Southern Grist. Bissell is awesome but I’ve had those brews so will try other stuff first. Other Half, SG and 3 sons will be my first stops other than Civil

Wouldn’t surprise me if JWB brought a keg of El hefe and hop4teacher lol

Dont miss out on Charles Towne Fermentory, they are bringing their DDH sungazer and probably a gose (apricot and peach). Really good stuff on par with any of the other big NE IPA brewers. The head brewer/owner and assistant brewer both help start tired hands and trillium.

Sounds like a hodgepodge of different hops, I'm sure it will be tasty, just seems like a lot going on there.

Will vouch for these guys being tremendous.

How late does the event usually run to/when do people start running out of choice stuff?
