Parabola. That is my favorite beer I've ever had. Some other favorites are Abyss, Marshall Zhukov, Stone IRS, Speedway, and hopefully soon I'll be able to try KBS to possibly put that on my list

How about Bourbon County Coffee and KBS for starters. Then Founders Imperial, Speedway (loved it with chipotles and moritas), Ten Fidy, regular BCBS, Expedition, uhhh....oh yeah, Older Viscosity, Peche Mortel, FBS...how can you choose just one?!?

It was the best beer night ever. And it was New Year's Eve to boot.

Oh, I'm in the same boat. When I go to RR for the Beatification release, I'm gonna try to get enough of that and their other stuff for a possible trade for a 4 pack. We'll see when that comes though

There are soooo many good ones out there --- I'd have to say that Ivan the Terrible might be my favorite. No wait, it's The Abyss. On second (or is it third) thought, it's Parabola. Well, shit...

The last one I've had that stood out in my mind is New Holland's Night Tripper. That was one smooth bastard of a beer.

Old Rasputin XIV was amazing. Best for me so far. Waiting for Abyss 2011 to be ready, so that may change. Can't wait! Or maybe I will crack the Black Betty when that cold front reaches SoCal this weekend...

    Salud!

You had to ask this question. How about the last one I drank? Anyhow (not necessarily in order), Dark Lord, GI Bourbon County (all varieties), Marshal Zhukov, Ten Fidy, Brooklyn Black Chocolate, The Czar (doesn't get enough praise IMO), The Abyss, Parabola, DORIS, BORIS, Old Rasputin (such a classic), Black OPs, Serpent's Stout, Founders IS, KBS, CBS, Plead the 5th, Stone IRS, Various Yeti's, Various Eclipses, Big Hugs...to name a few...

Never have had Speedway but it's on the list of musts along with Darkness, Black Tuesday, Chocolate Rain, Hunahpu, and Kate the Great. However, my enthusiasm for attempting to obtain KtG has waned quite a bit. It's not worth trading a much larger amount of rare beer of the same quality for 11.2 oz.

I've only had the opportunity to try a few stouts. Old Rasputin is my favorite or Old heathen

I agree with you on The Czar, that's a damn good beer.

This question is too hard. My 'stats' on RateBeer tell me that Central Waters Peruvian Morning is my favorite. That's debatable though.

The Czar is fantastic. A bomber is very reasonable at $7-$8 as well.

Right now I'd have to say Founders Imperial Stout. Its just so damn tasty fresh. No aging needed!
