If there is one thing I've learned since Rare 2.0, it's that there's always way more BCS out there than you'd ever suspect. We might not see all of it this year, but there seemed to be quite a bit last year, and I have to imagine that's increasing this year.

Hell, look at how many vintage bottles LP has had the past couple years, not even counting the second (huge) shipment of Rare that Binny's got last year.

Alright everyone I realize this is going to be a bit of a longshot but here goes. Going to be in Carthage IL for Thanksgiving and I'm wondering if I'd have any shot at Northwoods or Coffee at any liquor stores within an hour of the surrounding area? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Whole Foods gets a decent amount but none on black Friday.

Yep, and all the events leading up to it where kegs of year's past favorites pop-up at like 12 different places. How the hell does GI still server 2013 BCBS Templeton Rye? How about the limited Raspberry Port BCBS that was supposed to have run out months ago....Bottles and kegsof 2017 variants will show up frequently at Clybourn and Fulton, mark my words...

I'll go further and say we will find them semi-frequently at more places that just Clybourn and Fulton as well. I think it already occurs some, with things like Prop '14 popping up, or Binny's having events with vintage kegs (including variants). Or, maybe they're going to start holding more of them back just for themselves at their own locations.

It's an amazing amount of foresight, given the parent company. At least it shows they're continuing to value the brand, instead of liquidating remaining stock at deep discounts every March or something.

I haven't seen Baudonia pop up for a while. I think that one is a goner.

I'd bet on making on them making a metric f***-ton. They've explicitly said they'd like regular to be a a year round beer.

My friend is a reporter for Forbes and is looking for people who have camped out for Bourbon County and have interesting stories to share. If you're interested in talking with her, send an email to: [email protected].

She'll probably need to do a short phone interview. She's looking for somebody tonight!

She's talking with Goose as well. Just looking for regular people that have waited in line for Bourbon County. No conspiracy theory necessary.

I’ve been hearing that the stout is the only Bourbon County making iit to Wisconsin., is this true? I received an email from a liquor store in GB that said they are getting out of the Goose Island business due to the lack of respect to the GB area. They sold sold their allotment of stout yesterday.

Not true. I've already seen at least one store post that they have coffee and Northwoods.

Just as an additional comment to this: I'd be shocked if Stores in Madison and MKE did not get variants. So many beer sales. Madison got as much KBS as like the entire state or something ridiculous like that this year. I understand Founders is not GI or BC, but that should speak to the volume of sales done and be a good indication of what would come.
