So, to recap then... we should expect the following over the next month or so:

• yet to be named Mosaic DDH IPA
• Cosmic Juice Box (Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy again?)
• pastry stout with chocolate and hazelnut (abv?)
• SqueezIt with different hop (Galaxy?)
• Pulp Hogan

Damn. I can confidently say that my urge to trade for NE/DDH/hazy hops has gone down substantially with the quality coming out of this place. I'll be very curious to try that pastry stout too though.

 

I know that tripel isn’t a style the beer nerds freak out about....but when I visited corridor over Labor Day weekend and sampled rapunzel, I was blown away.

swung by and had Van Hazen (and the Rapunzel) last night, both still legit. Delicious stuff guys, I don't even drink much Belgian, but the R really stuck with me... mmm...might need more.

 

Anyone know if SqueezIt is still on tap?

 

I was there last night for dinner, and it was still flowing. I left with 2 crowlers if it!

 

They put the Squeezit back on their beer menu, too, so... yeah. Was missing there for a while. had to confirm in person yesterday. With a sample. To make sure it was drinkable still, and not poisoned. You're welcome.

 

New beer alert:
Mosaic Monsoon - Tapping 11/21, 4-5pm
(Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo)
Double Dry Hopped (DDH) IPA (7.0% ABV / 40 IBU)
A double dry hopped IPA exclusively with a blend of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo hops. Aromas of dank tropical fruit, tangerine and fresh cut grass waft from the glass. This DDH IPA was almost not to be as a valve on one of our fermentors failed sending a monsoon of sweet mosaic beer onto the brewers. Luckily with the ninja like reflexes by the brew crew this liquid gold was saved for you to enjoy!

My crowler Of Van Hazen V from last night was actually an improved beer to me. It really had come together and was a real treat for Monday Night Football

 

Improved from release two weeks ago or improved from OG Van Hazen? I liked the other Van Hazens, but thought V was just sugar water. I think I'm getting less enamored by Corridor with the more misses I get. It was fun when they were getting into the style, but every time I find a beer I like, the next batch is not nearly as good, then the batch after that is, then the one after that isn't.

 

Headed up to Corridor this morning to stock up for Thanksgiving. Hopefully Squeezeit is still on.

 

Improved from 2 weeks ago. Typically i’m A fan of the fresher the better, but that 10 day old crowler had mellowed into just DDH tropical juice that was very enjoyable

 

You should be good I went last night at 10 pm and filled up my growlers with SqueezeIt (limit 1 growler fill) and Mosaic Monsoon for Turkey Day.

 

You try a pour of MM while there? Early Untappd reviews were positive
