~Lord Horns-7.8%-Hornswoggler aged for 6 months in an Eagle Rare bourbon barrel that previously held ginger mead from a Michigan meadery.
Approx 50-60x crowlers available. $16+tax/32oz crowler. 1x crowler per person limit.

~Single Barrel Honey Rye BA Whangdoodle-11.5%-Whangdoodle aged in a Buffalo Trace Rye single barrel for 14 months. Prior to filling the barrel with Whangdoodle, we aged Virginia Wildflower honey in the barrel for 4 months.
Approx 50-60x crowlers available. $17+tax/32oz crowler. 1x crowler per person limit.

~Bourbon BA White Russian Hornswoggler-8.5%-Hornswoggler aged in Bowman Bourbon barrels for 6 months with coffee, vanilla, and some other special ingredients.
Approx 100-120x crowlers available. $17.50+tax/32oz crowler. 1x crowler per person limit.

Final details of the Black Heath collab releasing @ BH in a little over an hour. No information posted on prices but based on past posts I would guess around $80 for the 3-pack plus SWAG packages??

I guess in the honey world it's great to sell over 1,100 bottle of the stuff when it goes for $25/bottle but it's also taken then 3 months to sell the same amount they sold in the first day of it being released.

Case limits

 

Yea I'm surprised, assumed with Friday's madness there would be plenty from Tuesdays release to grab today. Ugh cases.

 

Lately I've been there and it's cases stacked upon cases. Yesterday was the first time in a while I saw most people grabbing just a couple 4 packs. The stack of Dirt Nap was taller than me when I left so I really thought it was good to go for today. So again, sorry.

 

Maybe they sent a bunch out to distro to free up cooler space for Friday.

 

Just saw the latest IG post - is anyone seriously camping out for this? I assume Whangdoodle is the main draw and there are 850 allotments.

 

I'm sure you'll have a few people camp out overnight for the magnums. I'll take the 750 bottles over waiting all night in 30 degree weather.

 

I checked the BTV page and it appears there are a couple idiots lined up already.

 

Thoughts on when to get in line tomorrow? Don’t need the magnums or crowlers, but looking to get the cans and bottles. Use to Aslin lines, but no experience with Veil. Trying to figure out if I should get there at 7 or can go later.

 

they should be drinking bleach instead. must be a mighty sad life.

 

If I had to guess, I would say arriving sometime between 10 - 12 PM would pretty much give you a full allotment minus the crowlers.

 

Reminds me of last year’s KCM release when a few people had lined up at 5 am or something like that and you could stroll in at about 2:30 pm and get bottles with no wait.

 

Checked the BTV page and does appear a few people camped out and line is just about out of the parking lot as of around 7:45am. Just guesstimate based on position that is maybe around 75 people.

 

Hey I got something right for once!

I wonder what's up with the Knid count dropping like 30%.

I know Veil loves to feed the hype monster but I can't figure out why they didn't do tickets for this thing. I'm really curious to hear how it goes there today if anyone cares to report back.
