South Lyndale will have 2 cases of each variant (coffee and barley wine) in addition to regular
1010 Washington will only have regular
Brooklyn Center will have regular, coffee barley wine, regal (!) And rare (!!)
France 44 will have regular, coffee, barley wine, regal (!) And Northwoods (!!)

 

decisions, decisions... despite living pretty close to both SLL and F44 I've never tried either for the BCBS release.

 

Posted this in the Great Lakes forum but will post it here also since Osceola, WI is on the MN border and not terribly far from the Twin Cities. Also, it has to do with Black Friday.

Valley Spirits in Osceola is doing a Black Friday event. They are releasing the following-

Bourbon County Stout
Perennial Abraxas
Bruery S.H.I.T.
Stone Fyodor
Maui Imperial Coconut Porter
Schells Cave Aged Barrel Aged

They are also doing a list for CBS when they get it in. You can sign up at the store on Black Friday to get on it. Theyre putting some other black beers on sale as well for the day.

 

I was planning to wait outside a total wine - since distro is based on total volume, i imagine those might be the best places to go - anyone have any idea how early i might need to be in line for some variant?

Yes and Woodman's Grocery store in Altoona (Eau Claire) is a great place to buy beer. But they don't usually have the very Hot Ultra Limited stuff. Note Woodmans is cash/debit only. Also note the very low taxes at the checkout.

Not sure when they open, but Total Wine, Haskells, MGM and Princeton's are probably your best bet.

No BCS at Sids in Bloomington. They've always had plenty.

 

I thought this was easy to get

That is ridiculous. I'm glad I stayed home this morning. Yet another year when it's impossible to get Coffee without wasting 5 hours thanks to the manufactured scarcity. This hasn't been fun since 2014.

 

Left with 4 reg, 2 reg 2016, 2 barleywine and 1 coffee. Easy ! Decent line at SLL now
