5:00 definite line shenanigans when it started moving

 

Got ticket #803, was in line at 4:15. Crazy...

 

Definitely a bigger crowd this year! I had about the same ticket number last year and arrived after 8 AM.

 

Anybody at south loop binnys? Curious as to the crowd

 

#854 in line roughly 4:30am.

 

Got to jewel at 630... first in line, waited inside in the warm, case of regular, 1 bw, and 1 coffee. Not a bad morning

 

I'm seriously about to lose it on the group in front of me. Dropping shit on the ground left and right. Humans are the worst.

Any idea what happens after the full allotments? Do they still sell variants 1pp or something, or do they just have enough variants for the allotments?

 

Looks like you can't taste the "rare" and "hype" flavors in Reserve, I feel bad for your palate

 

God damn. I was initially going to trek from Michigan to get there at roughly 5:30a. When I saw the line was already at 300 by 10pm, I decided to bail. Could've left then and made it, but really wanted some sleep before driving. So glad I didn't go now, just to get shut out.

On a more existential note, the sheer insanity of this year's release is making me want to quit beer all together. I can't keep doing this...

 

I got here at 5:15 and ended up around 1060. The line consolidation screwed a lot of people.

 

There are tons and tons of incredible beers that sit on shelves, there is no reason at all to wait in line if your goal is to drink great beer.

 

Sounds like the cutoff was around the 6am arrival time slot. Can anyone confirm last ticket number and arrival time. No double dipping this year.
