I do not. I live in Southern California just north of LA in Ventura County. Most breweries that are sought after would require some driving, but fortunately we just got a beer garden that definitely knows there stuff, so I get some good ones frequently.

Per the website and IG, King Citra is Growler/Crowler ONLY on Wednesday 11/29. No 16oz cans.

Next CAN release could be on Dec 1 or Dec 8??? They haven't made anything official yet. They just teased some kind of NE IPA in a comment on IG,

Fieldwork's last email said Galaxy Sauce was coming in December.

Personally I didn't think this batch was as good as the last couple, but I still got a fill of it because that doesn't mean it isn't tasty. Perhaps not as big on the nose?

Stars Hollow was nice but it did that green grape thing that Blanc sometimes does which doesn't really work for me, so Sensee Party was the other fill.

And on IG there's this exchange:

That's cool - I have two growlers in my car. I'll be there in a few hours. Was hoping there would be some sort of prepackaged cans I could also get.

ESB: I haven't found previous KC batches to have a huge nose. Honestly not a huge palate either. What I've loved is how totally crushable it is, how easy it is to drink. Very deceptive.

VV..... Looks like you are going to miss the next CAN release by 2 days. Should be released by Friday.

    Pure Project Collab. DIPA.

Yep due to my schedule I miss most of the FW and Track 7 can releases. BOO! I did drop by and get 2 growlers of KC (one of which I'm enjoying now) and have a glass of Good Conduct. KC is how I recall it - for a Citra dipa it's rather restrained which just makes it that much more crushable.

The Good Conduct comes across like a lot of beers I've had of this ilk in Sacramento the last couple years. An imperial whatnot with a few adjuncts and it smells great and tastes great at the outset then you realize it's way too sweet. My first impressions are all aces then by the end of the glass I'm a bit disappointed. I don't like overtly sweet beers be it imperial bourbon barrel this and that.

Edit: aftwards I went to T7 and they have a very worthy NE DIPA called Super Azek. Got a 4 pack of cans yay!

2nd Edit: at T7 they had a canning line on a rolling frame. I've never seen beer get canned - and I missed it this time too but I did see them sanitize the line afterwards. Big difference between bottling wine and canning beer. It takes about 10 minutes to clean up a wine bottling line afterwards but with beer there's a lot more sanitization.

Any one else find it amusing how mocking the description for Dairy Busey was?

    For reference:

I enjoy it. One Star Review was also a little like this.

    Yeah pretty funny....

Here is our regular Stout that didn't sell at all. We added a bunch of pastry shit that is hot with the trendy beer crowd......haha,,,

Fieldwork's just dropped their weekly newsletter today. Cans of Virtual Planetoid and Young Murks will be available in the Berkeley taproom after 3:00 pm today. All other taprooms will have cans for sale tomorrow when they open.

Yeah, Fieldwork hit one out of the park with Sonoma Pride. It's definitely a top five Fieldwork beer for me. It's up there with Pulp, Virtual Planetoid, Saint Monroe (still praying they bring this one back) and Destination Unknown. A fantastic brew for a great cause.

Me too. I could understand them renaming it, but it'd be great to see another round of fundraising.

Anyone cracked one of the new cans? I have a few of each coming my way and I hope this batch of Virtual Planetoid is as good as the last one.

I am in LA until Saturday evening so I'm assuming I missed this, considering VP is an awesome retread and the Pure Project collaboration has the hype. Asked a couple friends to get me these (and the Revision hazies), but they've been radio silent the last 24 hours

Picked up 6 of each (VP and YM), grabbed a crowler of Dairy Busery too on Thursday. This lead to a pour of Pulp... which lead to a pour of Stars Hollow... which lead to a pour of King Citra. Pulp was awesome as usual. I was surprised by Stars, I really liked it. King Citra is just so dammed good and dangerous.

Haven’t had time to try the cans yet but hopefully that will change later tonight!

Man, Young Murks is stellar. Really pleased with it, glad I grabbed 6. VP is tasting pretty good but a bit green, going to let some of my cans chill for a bit.
