This reminds me, what happened to the jersey whalez crew? Did they rebrand as the linelyfe crew?

hmm. I cracked an AGE from that batch on thanksgiving and it wasn't all that bad.

A nearly 2 month old Vic Secret + Mosaic was really bad though. But i can't say i mind it, i'll live without that last sip or two.

Tisk, Tisk, should've rolled the can.

Yea I'm not in the habit of doing it and I probably should. I was talking to some of the guys at Tørst a few weeks back and he was saying that he started out doing it just because but then he noticed that if he didn't there was like a color gradient when he split some cans for people, particularly for Trillium and Grimm cans.

Ha, I was only kind of kidding. I've actually taken to treating my hoppy beers like ipas and I vigorously swirl the last quarter or so before pouring.

I'm holding onto a can of DDH All Enigma Everything that was canned on 9/21 for 4 months and will drink it in January. Someone here said that Sam Richardson stands by their IPAs for 4 months, so it's all for science.

I mean I still have cans of 3rd Anni, I'm holding on to them for my OH Anniversary vertical, I love those oxidized hops.

I don't particularly understand the popularized concept of rolling a can to suspend sediment. I mean, isn't the physical matter which settles on the bottom of a can (which is at times a disturbing amount) the result of a beer being taken out of the conditioning process prematurely? Like, shouldn't that have settled and been removed before packaging? Why roll that back into the beer?

I don't think there's any left. Maybe 1 case if anything.

Yeah but you have to wait in line to enter the tent. Gotta get there 3 hours early.

I had my last one around two weeks ago, and there was significant sediment, but nothing really crazy. That said I'm sure it would be more dramatic now.
