New BCBS sightings in the Chicago area?

    Just seeing if anyone has seen any. Preferably not for **** pricing. Trying to help a friend that is looking for a case, half a case at a minimal. Will drive withing 45-50 miles of the city if anyone can help with some guidance.

    archer liquors on the south side was selling cases a few days ago.

    also, if you're willing to drive that far, watch the indiana thread too, as NWI is your best bet for low prices though the supply is a lot lower.

    Fwiw, there's a report button here for a reason. If you see duplicate threads that just clutter the forum up, report them and the mods will take action (if appropriate).

    Miskas Liquors on Belmont has 2 cases $29.99 a 4pk
    Liquor store on Montrose Just west of Brown Line station has 3 cases for $29.99 a 4pk
    It has popped up at Jewel stores randomly for $20.97 a 4pk
    Liquor store at Wilson and Clark had it for $29.99 a 4pk
    Gold Leaf next to SuperDawgs had it for $29.99 a 4pk
    Pelli's liquors on Lincoln has it for $6.99 a bottle or $28 a 4pk
    Liquor store on Elston just South of Irving park on West side of street has it for $27.99 a 4pk

    It's only going for that much in the city. Out in the burbs its $21.99 a 4-pack. Find your way out to buffalo grove/Schaumburg/Arlington heights area and it wasn't too hard to find a week and a half ago.

    I was in NWI this past weekend and I actually found a place selling 4 packs for $16.99. I am all stocked up so I didn't grab any, but they were down to about half a case. It was also the only store of about 5 I stopped at that had it in stock.

    Saturday morning Lively liquors in Elk Grove Village put a case in the walk in cooler. Don't know how much it cost. They probably still have some. Despite being a "craft beer HQ" I've only ever seen anyone buy Miller Lite.

    BCBS will be on tapped at Whirlyball in Vernon Hills on Friday the 26th at 9pm. They will be tapping 2 kegs and its $9 for a 10oz pour.

    They will also have:

    DFH palo santo
    DFH burton
    Fireston Wookie jack
    Founders breakfast stout
    2011 capital eisphyre
    UNITA cocked eyed cooper
    Tighthead bourbon barely wine
    Meantime scotch barrel aged ported
    Revolution Double fist

    Dominicks on Chicago/Damen had a case worth in a cooler on the back wall late last night. No price listed, but they also had Madame Rose for $19.99, so it can't be too bad.
