What he said. No bottles that I see will remain sitting on any shelf but my cellar. Anybody know where they have beer like this sitting on a shelf collecting dust please let me know. I'm serious.

Yup. BA Prairie does sit on the shelves but only at some very rural liquor stores that I know of. Can't remember where...

BOMB! was one of my biggest Beer disappointments to date...I’ve never had another Prairie offering, probably due to that fact

I mean EMJ and ILYWMS and IBB (in 4pks) are some of the least expensive and thickest, chewy brownie stouts out there. 4 of them are like $11.99

The one-offs (that are slightly different and 4x as expensive) not to mention the BA stuff, way too expensive. I never really see his beer sitting though, other than the undated IPAs which aren't what we're discussing anyways:wink:.

Bomb is nothing like their barrel aged stouts. Vastly inferior. Pirate bomb is like a completely different beer and amazing. I hate regular Bomb as well.

The Noir series is outstandingly average IMO. Pirate paradise is the only Prairie beer worth seeking out and paying their ridiculous MSRP for.

Just had bourbon paradise and it is rediculously good. If Prairie did bombers and cut down on the bottle count, they'd trade like $200+ whale in the secondary...but they dont, so I'll gladly pay the $12.99 entry fee.

It's dropped around Dallas over the last 2 days alongside vanilla noir, coffee and whiskey noir. Most places seem to be doing a 1 bottle/per limit. Happy Hunting!

Picked one of these up for 10.99 here in west Texas. Gonna hold on to it, but boy do I want to crack it open!

I became very (for lack of a better word) worried when I saw your post because the ABV cap here in NC is 15.5%, but I then searched for the label and it says 13%. Also, the OP of this very thread says the same:
I see both BA and Untappd have it listed at 15.9% so can anyone confirm which is the correct ABV? Or did they make two separate batches; one for states with lower ABV caps and one for states without?
