    That does sound delicious!

    I really hope they get 375s going on the high gravity stuff sooner than later. I tend to just buy 1 of the high grav bottles that interest me due to the large format and a wife that doesn't drink, but I'd love to buy several of something like this in a smaller size that I could manage myself.

    Just when I thought White Chocolate variants couldn't get better.

    White Chocolate Chunk is something I would definitely buy as 750ml. I hope if
    The Bruery goes to 375ml for their big beers, that they still offer 750ml, for those of us that prefer them

    If the kegs were kept cold they should be fine. Lacto souring usually only occurs to room temp beer.

    @BruerJoel

    When do the allocation end this month? It's not clear in the email (unless I missed it). I want to get to the tasting room this week before making my purchase.

    Update: Found it. Never mind!

    The above beers are available to order through Saturday, December 23. You can pick them up starting today.

    I'm really not a fan of the new e-mail format. Was nice being able to access all of the information within the message itself.

    Question that I didn't even think of that my gf brought up when I started putting Yount bottles in my cabinet...

    ...is Yount a beer that should be stored on its side?

    Depends if the cork is real or synthetic.

    ^Depends on other factors as well. I don't know how long I plan on letting my Yount sit around but I don't think there will be any benefit to storing it on its side.

    I had to go on a scavenger hunt for it as well. If they could fix that in the formatting it would be great.

    Neither am I, I set up my e-mails to auto-forward to my trustee so he can ask me to cop bottles he's interested in. Not having all the information within the message would require me to provide him with my Bruery Store login.

    My only gripe is the continual changing of the purchase window. All month used to be the norm and was fine. Not everyone has the full amount ready to spend in just the first week.

    We hope to email more information soon. We didn't want to put anything firm in place before DC was officially ready. I don't anticipate we'll be able to split 2017 orders that we'd send to DC for 2018 members to pick up.

    After the Hoarder discount the cost is 32/bottle before tax. Unfortunately the only ones I don't have are the first four.
