Yep, $25 onsite only. The '14 for $75 was worth it, I think.

 

I was there too. Had the wife and two kids with us. Managed 2 pours of Prop and 1 Coffee. Really easy to get pours there.

 

LO is not fun for any type of beer release. The place sits maybe 30 people lol

 

Me too! Got 2 pours of prop and 1 of cofffee. I also got 1 of barleywine and called it a night after that. Great time. Which side of the room were you in?

I definitely like the 12oz bottles from Central Waters and their prices.
But no, BCBS is far superior to the BBS from CW.

 

I find Central Waters stouts to always be thinner than I wish they were. Many are still quite good though. To add on in a largely unrelated noted, I had Black Gold for the first time recently. It was very good but pretty hot still for a beer that highly revered

 

Not even close.

Their black gold and anniversary beers are right there with BCS, probably a little better.

 

Definitely not. And I really like both of these beers.

 

Think it’s been said, but I saw several cases of BCBS on the floor at LP Binny yesterday. Also a few BW left. For those still hunting...

 

brixies did a bcbs event....wow. they really stepped their game up since I was last there maybe 10 years ago.

I was just at East Delaware Pantry off Michigan Ave, they're getting more BCBS next week. I was also told that they're definitely getting Coffee and Northwoods for sure, possibly other variants.

Sounds like a second drop is coming.

 

I was right next to the bar on the south side of the place. At a high top with 2 kids and my wife. That place turned into much more of a bar in recent years than it used to be. It used to be much more of a cozy restaurant - guess it’s been awhile since I’d been there.

 

Think that coincided with popping the top on the old place and the destruction of Old Town....
