Anyone know if WF CC has any Zap or Cassiopeia left? Thanks, and best regards....

 

They had Cassiopeia yesterday. Did they have zap at some point? I wasn’t aware that any WFs got zap yet...

 

I've not spotted Zap at either WF I hit (Bryant Park or Gowanus).

 

My bad....for some reason thought it was out and about. All the talk was about Cassiopeia...

 

On Friday I saw Zap at Gebhard's Beer Culture on west 72nd for I think $6.00. No idea if they still have any, but if your ultimate destination is north of 59th, might be worth a shot.

 

bread and honey had ddh zap today. really enjoying this - a lot more than my memory of the first one - something about the mouthfeel on this one is thicker and more fluffy. no issues with excessive sediment precipitation.

As noted above zap was in and out an B&H. Any WF sightings yet? May check CC today tho they usually get Friday deliveries.

Does anyone know where WF Union Square would keep Grimm cans if/when they get them?

 

Last time I bought Grimm cans there they had them downstairs at the cheese counter

 

WF US moved their beer department upstairs a few months ago. Overall it's a shell of what it used to be.

 

Considering it was probably the worst or second worst beer dept of any NYC area WF to begin with!

I'm sure it's partially due to the new WF's like BP and Williamsburg siphoning off supply. WF UES has also seen a downgrade in quantity, but most important quality.

 

It did get steadily worse but I thought it was pretty good when they had their growler station downstairs. They frequently had Other Half, Grimm, Singlecut and a lot of great local stuff on tap for grower fills.

 

Looks like I missed the Zap cans at my local shop. Anyone know if they are around anywhere else?

 

Picked up a single at WF Bryant Park last night. Tasting excellent, up there with Afterimage

 

I gotta agree. I said it in WBAYDN yesterday, Zap is the best Grimm DIPA I've had in a bit.
