    Sorry @LeperJim and friends, but I do not think I will be participating in this year's DotD. I don't have anything planned, I don't have an appropriate beer, and I'm traveling this afternoon (although the wife is driving....).

    I do, however, have a morning beer to share: Bell's Arabicadabra (pic pre-pour).

    Goes down as smooth as iced coffee. Sandwiched by a couple cups of actual black coffee, it fit right into my morning routine.

    We started to hang out on the last Turkey Day. I was opening up a cheap, foul, evil-smelling beer and he was all "Your agonizer, please". He always knows the right thing to say- we laughed and laughed. Well, I did, anyway. But I did catch him suppressing a hearty guffaw; Vulcans, amirite? :wink:

    So, anyway, it's become like saying "Cheers!" to us now: "Your agonizer, please". <clink>

    It's not Turkey Day now, and Ommegang Smoked Porter is far from a cheap, foul, evil-smelling beer, but it seemed appropriate.

    Good Morning BAs. It’s starting to finally snow early this AM. Monkish Coffee Carlos makes the perfect AM beer. Last day of the dark I proceeded to crack open a Pilsner or something unbeknownst to me that it was day of the dark :slight_smile: Not this year! I’m on top of it!

    I had some early errands to run, so just now getting to DotD. Other than a dark beer and my little friend who was awarded to me last year, not a very inspiring post.
