OH has seemingly become the biggest money grabbers in the craft beer industry

I would say on par with the other daydream series.

I would say it's my favorite of the daydream series. The intensity of flavor that OH gets out of Galaxy hops benefits from having a more substantial body

Not sure if it counts, but Another Dose (their Interboro collab) might win for me.

I’m not too sure what my favorite new beers of this year are. My favorites are always their rotating beers like....

    Hop Showers
    DDH ACE
    DDH DMD
    DDH Space Diamonds
Broccoli (Wish they’d release the non-DDH)
    Citra single hop
    Galaxy single hop
Well, pretty much any single hop

I hope in 2018 they retweek Green Diamonds. I used to love that beer, but any time I had it this year it was a complete letdown for me.

Had one earlier and I agree. Put the other 7 cans I have way in the back of the fridge so I don't randomly grab one by accident

Allllll right, finally got around to drinking my first can of the new Green Power batch tn and can officially endorse claims that it does not live up to the standard set by the OG. Significantly more dank, vegetal, and bitter. I could pick up the vaguest of hints of that honeydew melon flavor, but there was a whole lot more sweaty scallion Mosaic stank than I remembered, almost to an overpowering degree on the nose in particular. Definitely a bummer to know b1 may have been an anomaly given it was my favorite OH beer to date

Sounds like the new green power will need a few weeks for the melon forward flavors to appear and the hops to die down, just like the ddh’d version.

    My top... 7?

1 OG Green Power - Just so enjoyable, and such a surprise! the subsequent releases are good beers (it's easy to forget), but did not hold a candle to the original. Enjoyed my first can poured into a paper coffee cup at Chelsea Piers bocce night.

2 All Infinity Everything - A perfect beer, with a level of sophistication not often present in the collabs. Style points added for the weirdly ugly WordArt label. Maybe that's why it stuck around so long?

3 DDH Hop Showers - Again, perfect, and a great showcase for hops that might not be suited to the single-hop-IPA format (Vic Secret, in particular).

4 DDH DMD/ACE - Tried and true... as exciting as collabs and new brews are, how many releases topped these beers? I mean, 3 according to my list, but you get the idea...

5 DDH Ain't Nothing Nice - Easy drinking with beautiful vegetal tones, sort of not the typical OH/NEIPA flavor. A reliable new-classic.

6 Riwaka/Centennial IPA - Another tie... I loved these, Riwaka for it's strange fruit tones (I picked up apple and Fruity Pebbles) and Centennial for it's understated/sophisticated NEIPA presentation of a classic bitter West Coast hop. Both brews had some handsome can labels too.

7 Daydream In Green (+/- DDH) - The original... this one was a revelation to me, and was satisfying in a way subsequent Daydream beers have failed to be. So sweet, so creamy, so smooth, so cute (the label). I think the Daydream-ing of All Citra and Double Mosaic kinda just diluted those beers' complex flavors, but as the OG Daydream was built around the sugar, I think it works a lot better. (I did like Mylar Daydream though)

I'll give honorable mentions to All Enigma Everything and the new/improved All Green Everything. Both excellent. Both desperately boozy (not that you could taste it). Both low-key perfect without hype.

Predictions for 2018: A new printed can.

    1. Third Anni
    2. Double Mosaic Daydream (b1)
    3. Nummy Nug Nug (b1)
    4. DDH AGE (latest batch)
    5. Raining Threes
    6. All Infinity Everything
    7. DDH Space Diamonds
    8. DDH Galaxy Single Hop
    9. DDH All Enigma Everything
    10. ACE UK version

I did not have the OG Green Power but Honorable Mention goes to the interboro collab Another dose. That had a ridiculous melon flavor.

Really enjoyed DDH Space Daydream. I really don't care for DDH Space Diamonds, I think the backend is way too harsh. This really smooths it out. Does git a bit dry after a bit.

However, I compared it side by side with DDH Oh... which is just a stunning beer and much preferred. Easily OH's most underrated beer I would say. Get's absolutely no fanfare as a very low ABV, single IPA.
