Bombers! Despite the price, I just love big beers in big bottles. Also, the higher volume 22oz bottles age better than smaller bottles.

12oz at home cause I can go to the fridge and get another.

Sucks at a restaurant cause the waitress' can have trouble keeping up.

.5L or 16oz can by a large margin. i tend to prefer .5L, but mostly because i like bottles for the feel - i would be similarly happy if everything was packaged in a 16oz can.

Ideally 550ml, seems to be just the right amount of beer for me. Wish more beers came in this format.

What beers are available in 500ml and 550ml? The only ones that come to mind for 500ml are the North Coast ones and they are some of the highest priced retail brews per oz that I know of...

12 oz. But a lot of my favorites come in 11.2 oz bottles, too.

Only ones I can think of off the top of my head are Samuel Smith's, which are actually priced decently. I wasn't thinking of pricing in regards to the poll just volume.

Lots of German and UK beers come in 500ml bottles, and many European canned beers are also 500ml.

A 75cl bottle is perfect for a weekend night of The Voice of Holland.

Depends on styles. 12oz is probably ideal most of the time, but 16 is great for APAs/IPAs, and I'd really like to see 7oz nip bottles used more often for barleywines, imperial stouts, and the like.

I'll tell you what its not... those stupid Rogue 7oz nips. Who the hell wants just 7oz of beer?

Me. It's way better than 22oz of a 12%+ barrel aged imperial stout, for example. You can still buy multiples for sharing, but have a manageable portion to take on yourself without it being the only thing you take on that night.

I'd still much rather 12oz of anything than 7. I feel like I got short changed.

The Rogue nips beers are a little expensive for my taste, but Rogue is just kinda expensive in general. 7oz is a snifter full, which is good for me.

Maine Beer Co and Jack's Abby in New England both use 500ml for their brews.

I like this size since its slightly more than a 12oz (not enough) and slighly less than 22oz (great size of you are familiar with the beer, lil too much in amount & cost when trying new beers). I also like to reuse the 500mls for home brews...
