Eventbrite sucks. My payment information was wrong and now it says "You already have an order started, please try again in a few minutes". The only thing in the their support says to clear cookies or try a different browser. Which didn't work, and apparently they don't even have a support email to report this. Fucking dumb.

 

very tasty. Wish I got more than one crowler.

 

Another keg had kicked when I got there not sure how many more they have in the back

 

That's happened to me and gets annoying, but it usually sorts itself out within half an hour or so.

I grabbed three crowlers to drink/share on New Years Eve.

 

They keep saying it's going to last through the weekend.

 

I gave up. I'm heading into the DDB Barleywine is Life show with HPB right now. I'll try again when I get home.

 

We're constantly doing updates on our site and have to tell customers the same thing all the time. We have them clear their cache and their cookies then close the browser and open it again.

The issue I was having may have had something to do with me being logged on to both the app and the desktop version at the same time.

 

Damn, copping Street Lights was easier than I expected

 

Crowlers of Late Night was a better deal for me.

Holy shit Late Night is still on for pours and crowler fills.

 

And it's a great night so far. After my weekly stop at Hermosillo I stopped at Lincoln Kitchen and Tap and who should be drinking beer there? Bob! So I got to bend Bob's ear about Chinatown, nothing certain yet but hopefully they'll have full power real soon now so they can start testing everything out.

Anyway, Lincoln is my closest beer spot now after Barbara's, and it looks like Lincoln will edge out HPB Chinatown for 2nd closest. 50 yards to Barbara's, .8 miles to Lincoln, and 1.0 miles to HPB Chinatown. And I guess Wiretap is in there at .3 miles but I don't know them at all yet. I think I need to start making more money. hahahaha

Did HPB have a large amount of excess cans left over from the Street Lights sale? Just curious why they went the way of Eventbrite if they were just going to have a regular release anyway as it would have saved us some money on unnecessary and annoying Eventbrite fees

 

They thought it would be an instant sale.

But we all know what the winner is, Late Night in crowlers.

I’m planning on stopping by after work when they’ll be moved to the bar. Hoping for an awesome tap list today.

 

Please do not discourage them from online sales. I'll gladly pay a nominal fee to be able to secure cans even while I'm stuck at work. I can't be showing up at 1pm in the middle of the week every time a new can drops.

 

TBH I don't mind paying the extra dollars for the luxury of a) having guaranteed cans, and b) being able to pick those cans up at any point during the weekend. Now let's see if the Late Night crowlers last until I can get there.

In other news, the latest HPB email mentioned beer memberships. Is there an official Beer Friends in the works?
