I haven't noticed a major issue in fresh-ish cans, but the other day I had Green City on tap at Beer Shop on the UWS, and when I got to the last 2-3 oz, I noticed a massive goopy sediment buildup at the bottom of my glass. They'd had it on tap for a few days before I had it, so I assume the keg was close to kicked which may be more of a culprit, but it was dramatically more sediment than I've ever seen in an OH beer.

Interesting release tomorrow. Is this OH’s first Berliner?

Yes. I’m pretty sure. Sad to hear this is the last of the IPA printed cans...

i think his gripe is that other half made great beer before bombing everything out with ddh and lactose, and he finds it a little disheartening that the majority of their releases now feature that and it drives people out and focus on brand new toy instead of what originally got them where they are today.

Except someone did the research a few months back and found that over the course of a 2-3 month period, merely 8 out of 30 beers released had lactose, so it's not as prevalent as some users make it out. That data is now outdated of course, but I imagine the ratio hasn't changed dramatically.

Speaking of lactose, Green Power does not need to be given the Dream treatment. Will try it regardless (that's the common theme here anyways), but would have liked a new beer, not variation 22 of dream X.

Why do they specify printed cans? As opposed to unprinted cans? Or is that just what OH calls cans?

Printed cans (Hop Showers is the one that comes to mind for me) indicates the label is printed on the can, rather than the vast majority of their cans which are stickers applied to the 'blank' can.

Yeah, pretty stacked. Which of these will be the mid-weeker?

Are those not just the plastic wraps like Grimm? I've never had a non-sticker can from OH, so I always assumed it was that plastic like others.

If this is a printed vs sticker thing, seems like on odd thing to call out. Seems like they're cashing in on that FOMO/collectors aspect.

They're releasing the Berliner Weisse and the west coast IPA today, I'd assume that's all until Saturday.

I'm hoping that this Berliner Weisse release means that we might get some more in cans this Spring/Summer, I'll take a Berliner Weisse or Gose over a (D)IPA in 80+ degree heat.
