    I toyed with the idea of going today but it was just too cold to sit in the car. Went to Carton instead. I've got to get up there soon as, unhappily, my fridge is out of Equilibrium.

    Stopped in at the brewery today on my way to Albany..had lunch and grabbed some dHop7 and Fluctuation..really liked dHop7, but holy crap Fluctuation is fantastic!!..a superior DIPA

    As a relative newbie to Equilibrium(I've only had Vulgar on tap at a random restaurant in Sleepy Hollow on the way home from NYC) can someone explain to me the hype with this collab? I follow a bunch of people on Instagram who are super excited for this.

    Has a couple things going for it: New can + New collab + "More to come" = New demand

    D96 is still criminally underrated/unknown. However, this may change when their canning line is fully functional

    Kind of mind-blowing, really. Been there 3-4 times, usually Saturday afternoons and it's never been very busy. Not like it's in some remote spot, either.

    Was always curious: is there an optimal rolling strategy? LOL.

    Like, is it one gentle roll for a few seconds? Rolling vigorously for 30 seconds? Does it matter? Was always curious on this.

    I roll gently a rotation or two, just enough to rouse the sediment so it is more evenly distributed in the pour.
