Bruery 2018 RS/HS Allocations

Quick question:

I am new to reserve for 2018 and I was wondering when the first box of beers will be available to ship? I was sure I came across this information somewhere, but now I can't seem to find it. Most likely I deleted an email that talked about it.

 

Reserve is not like Preservation. We don't have timed boxes that get shipped. You have an account that will show all your allocations and you can select when to ship it.

 

That makes more sense, when are the first beers that were included in the membership usually added to the allocations page?

 

Look under account and order history and they are there. PB&J and Black and Blue BBLS are membership only, so there are no further allocations to purchase.

I found the email I thought I deleted.

My question is when will I be able to have that initial package sent?

 

Your question has been answered repeatedly. Go to the bruerystore website, login, click your orders tab, verify you see your initial orders there (bottles and merch). Goto Merchandise tab, scroll all the way down, select flex shipping, and get it packed up and shipped to yourself.

This isn't rocket science you know.

 

Initial packages were ready January 2nd. There was an email about it somewhere. You should have also received an email with the receipt for your initial package, meaning that the order is ready, or you can always look for the receipt under you orders page. Then, from the store website -
There are two ways to have your beer shipped in CA: (1) You can either choose to ship a single order instantly by selecting the “Ship” option during the purchase. (2) Or, you can combine multiple orders and ship them at a later date using one of our Flex Shippers. If you plan to combine orders and ship with a Flex Shipper option, then select the “Pick Up” option when you purchase your beer. When you are ready to ship, purchase a Flex Shipper in either 3, 6, 9, or 12 bottle sizes. Our staff will then fill and ship your Flex Shipper with any beers or merchandise that you have been allocated or purchased.

 

That’s a little harsh. First time having a beer membership and there was no instructions on how to have my stuff shipped. Of course I poked around the website a bit and I was unable to find anything. In my orders tab there is nothing there and in allocations only options to buy extra stuff.
It’s why I came in here for help.
Now that I know the bottles and merch should be in my order tab I will shoot an email.

If you go to the bottom of the bruerystore.com and click on terms and conditions there is a little FAQ section there. It's a little buried, but that should help with some of the questions you might have come up.

@Bum4ever also be aware they are about 2 weeks behind on shipping right now. After I bought the shippers to have my initial package sent it took 2 weeks until it arrived. Just a heads up so you don't expect it to come overnight.

 

I'm really loving all the new Bruesicles at Terreux, really enjoyable concept and hopefully it'll help the tasting room grow in popularity! Releasing 2 new ones per week keeps it fresh and exciting as well.
