    That's a serious line they've got going!

First time for a reduced allotment for me and I was there at 8:20 for # 127 in line! Not that I'm complaining about 5 4paks of the collab.. Which, BTW, drinking one now and it is unbelievably delicious. Holy Fuck.

I am afraid these folks are gonna be victims of their own success. First time I had to actually wait in a line rather than amble over from the tasting table, due to how many people were there. Never saw this many, kinda scary.

Nice, definitely glad I reserved a case then. Can't wait to get it in my hands.

There were 200 people in line by 9:30. I was aiming to arrive at around 11, but was scared off by the line update post on facebook. They must have started staggering the allotments early since they didn't sell out for a few hours. I should have gone with my gut and just did the drive.

Allotments were cut back at about #100, There was talk that a pallet of cans went down, and indeed some bent cans were put on the tasting table with short fills so this rumor might be correct, and there may have been even fewer than the announced can total. If this number of people is the new normal I am gonna start joining the early arrivals at 6:30.

I think it was more the collaboration causing the issue. I went last weekend and was 22nd at 645. I think at opening there was 140 people. Could have easily showed up at 11 with a pretty short wait. I went in early December after Hudson Valley for crowlers and vulgar display with no issues. Granted EQ is gaining momentum.

That's the nice part of having several top notch breweries in the area. They all usually release on Saturdays around the same time, it forces us to pick which one to go to. I think it's definitely made OH releases much more tolerable.

I had the collab at Burger Loft and it's amazing. Seriously, it's one of the best beers to come from both breweries and that says a lot.

It's so good my case went missing. :/

At least I was able to get 2 crowlers.

I had some there as well, wonderful stuff. Any idea why they weren't selling 4 packs at District 96? Kinda disappointing that $16 crowlers were the only to go options.

It was disappointing that District 96 did not have any cans priced to go. I'm guessing they didn't have anywhere near the amount that Equilibrium had for sale yesterday. They posted on IG that they only have 3 cases left.

I kinda wished I lived in the middle of NY so I could have Equilibirum more often.

That new TABA :grimacing:. I really enjoy what they're doing with this series. Haven't had a bad one yet.

What time do people generally start lining up for Saturday releases?
And how long do cans/crowlers generally last?

Just trying to figure out how I can make Hudson Valley and Equilibrium both work in one day. If I'm gonna drive over 3 hours I want to make the most of it.

It has been done before, or so I've heard. I'm making the trek up from BK so I may try it too.

Folks say to start at HV and then go to EQ directly after. If the Merkel Danube is still around I might try to make it to Suarez also, but that might be getting too ambitious

The line share guys get there really early. Like 7AM or earlier. They say over in the trade group that you should show up at around 9AM to probably guarantee the full allotment. I've shown up right around noon and been able to get the full allotment on some releases and shut out on others. It really depends on the release. Equilibrium has been picking up traction ever since they started canning.

Just curious, but why do people say hit Hudson Valley first? Equilibrium starts handing out cans at 11:30 and I believe Hudson Valley starts handing out at noon.

Hudson Valley is the "hotter" release so less of a chance of going there 2nd and them still having cans.
