Have all these sold out on the day of release? If not, what's the longest one has lasted?

Not sure on the longest, but they usually last about a week, maybe 2, but that might start pushing it. I have only gone to 2 so I do not have a good gauge on it.

Even the most popular have lasted roughly a week after release, some have lasted up to 2 weeks post-release.

Thanks for the heads up fellow Padre fan, fingers crossed that track 11 is good and still around a week after the release when I'm in town.

This sounds an awful lot like Coffee Talk, which is amazing. If it's even remotely similar, you won't want to miss this.

whooptee freaking do!!!! lol seriously that is about the dumbest thing I have ever heard, make people drink the beer they bought with their own money at the brewery.

This is part of a whole series (#10 of 12). This is how LA (and other) small brewers handle extremely small releases that would garner a bunch of demand. This helps keep the beers around longer and allows for a fun time to enjoy the beer. I do not see why this is dumb. I think it is a smart way to limit the demand/hype/rarity ttrading factor. Especially in contrast to say some brewers that like to spread their "limited" releases so thin that they become rare and hard to get.

Selling on sit consumption is essentially the same as tap only. It helps make sure more people get it, and that locals have a better chance of getting some.

sounds great to me. brewery doing what they can to avoid shit show releases and such = good customer service.

so you think releasing 500 bottles that a 1000 people will want every month is a smart idea?

But you are right who cares, especially about a beer not available to your area and is on the 10th of it's series, and the locals have been enjoying not only the beers but the release style.

Does anyone know if the Track series beers only last for the release day? If I go the following weekend do you think it will still be available?

Even better news: They're releasing Track 12 the week after 11, so you might be able to have both in one sitting.
