A great Local double here in Western Mass is Jiggsaw Jazz from Fort Hill Brewing, on average about $9 for a six pack of 12 ozers[IMG]

Ballast Point Manta Ray, Lagunitas Sucks, DFH 90, Green Flash wcipa are my easy to get dipas at the stores right by my house. Karl Strauss Big Barrel is the Dipa I always get in flights at Phil's BBQ. Pure Hoppiness is always my go to from the Alpine tasting room. These Dipas never let me down. Not my go to style but I keep them in the rotation.

Nah, Way too many out there to lock into just a few. With that said, it was "budget week" for me picked up some Sierra Nevada Hop Bullet DIPA 6er for $9.99. Very enjoyable DIPA if you don't want your mind blow by a NEIPA and looking to save a few bucks.

    How frequently does this happen?

Last summer I saw 077xx on the shelf of a beer store in South Jersey sitting on the shelf with a price of about 17 bucks. I said out loud "What!?!" and walked on by and purchased a different beer.

    Cheers!

My normal store is Joe Canals in Lawrenceville. They get it with some regularity and it’s around $13-14 a 4-pack when they do. They get Boat more frequently and that’s around $10. All Carton beer (and most NJ beer, in general) is cooler-only there.

I was at a different Joe Canals in South Jersey and the beer was just sitting on a shelf.

And the price was much higher than what you are listing.

    Cheers!

I don't drink a lot of DIPAs but if I could get it fresh, Double Jack would be my go to DIPA.

None of my favorites are local unfortunate. Heady will always be my #1 choice, but I love Bodhi, Second Fiddle , Trillium, Pliny.

I don't really have a preferred DIPA, especially nothing year round. I always buy two 6ers of Hopslam every year though. It's one of the select few beers I make a point of buying every year, and the only one I buy regularly at that quantity.

When I was living near Santa Rosa, CA, PtE was my go to. Still my favorite ipa/dipa to this day, but hard to find it where I live now. Hop Stoopid is a more or less staple now, but usually I try to find something new in the local bottle shop.

I would say Fremont's Brother but it's a seasonal. My favorite year-round beer is Bottom Cutter.
