    No I haven't! I'll check it out.

Drago is not the best BA stout I've had, but at the price point I am a big fan. And thats a great price on Sump.

I like drago before they raised the price. At $15 it was great. At $20, I’m a pass. It’s good, but I already have so much beer to drink as it is.

I've come across it at 16.99 or 18.99 in a couple spots - Its still worth it, but yea, $20 would be getting steep.

And this is a valid point. At $14.99, it was a no-brainer. The last couple of times I've seen it, it has been in the $18.99 ballpark which makes me pause, especially when the Central Waters stuff is still so inexpensive.

I had the Drago vs. CW BA Stout decision point a couple weeks back. Drago may have been a few $$$ more for the 4-pack, but I chose it because I think it's the better beer, so worth the few dollars to my palate.

I'll still probably end up grabbing some of the CW BA Stout...it just wasn't the time do it.

I live 2 blocks from Tied House, I was really happy to see that spot open up. It's great being able to walk a few minutes to load up on Drago on tap. They've periodically had variants on tap as well, I've had Vanilla Drago there that was absolutely delicious!

Anyone know if we got distro of or will at some point see Yellow Belly and/or Yellow Belly Sundae? I know we get some Omnipollo stuff but not much.

Drago at $20.00 is a steal compared to just about any other barrel aged stout. Not to over analyze, but that is roughly $9.15 for a bomber, which you just don't see that often anymore with barrel aged stouts. I think this is why the Death's Tar has been so popular as well, being roughly $11.50 for a bomber.

Any Chicago breweries doing special releases Easter weekend? Gonna be in the area over that weekend.

Too early to say. Check back mid-March and we can give you some pointers related to Corridor/Forbidden Root/Shelf releases

It seems weird that GI just released this tweet on their actual GI account, not their Clybourne account.

NEW BEER ALERT! Brasserie Noir is an imperial stout aged in Cabernet barrels for 12 months, 11.8% ABV. Keep an eye out for this one soon!

It's not a Clybourn beer.... It's a nationally distro'd one from the brewery....

Well, that's what I was inquiring...

They hve never nationally distributed a BA beer before that I know of other than BC.

Also, not sure who you know it is national distro, not, like, limited to Chicago or major accounts only?

The BA quad they did a bit back certainly did not appear everywhere BC did.

I could’ve sworn the Cooper Project beers were pretty much national distribution.

I had Brasserie Noir about a week ago and did not care for it. The red wine barrels didn’t complement the stout IMO.

They had BRASSERIE BLANC a few months ago that saw I believe national distribution. Also, technically the sisters (Lolita, Halia, Madame Rose, Gillian) are all barrel aged and see national distribution. And there is the cooper project like @croush said.

I've yet to find a stout aged in wine barrels that I like ... Port on the other hand ...

Good to hear on the Port ones. I’ve got a DB Speedway Stout that used Port barrels and I’ve been a bit worried about how it will be.
