    Sharing several right now. Started out with Christmas Bomb! but my wife found it too spicy for her, so I got to drink it all. Damn.

    Moved on to a Hop Lion IPA, even though I usually don't like to follow a stout with an IPA. But this one was pretty good and it stood up to the challenge.

    finished up with Tropical Torpedo, and I am quite unhappy. I think I got a bad bottle, because this one smells skunky and has no tropical fruit flavor. Mostly faint citrus and skunky hops. In the process of communicating with the brewery, they got back to me pretty fast. Trying to figure out if the bottle could have gotten lightstruck somehow. I suppose it could, it was in a cooler, but the bottle is brown and it's shipped in a carton so that should not have been an issue IMHO.

    As do
    As do I. I do twice as many pull exercises/reps (e.g. rows, pull-ups, deadlifts, shrugs, etc.) as I do push exercises/reps (benches, presses). Doing just the opposite will give you a round shoulder look. Not to mention that in real life your back is what makes things happen.

    And then there is the man boob syndrome that happens when you get older. Beware. Do not overdue chest exercises!

    You are a smart young man. Are you into powerlifting, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, or just overall weight training? Just curious.

    I was into powerlifting in my younger days but now am more interested in overall training. I hate aerobics so I figure weight training is the next best thing.
