Not sure why people would suffer at all with breweries like OH dropping fucking bombs this Saturday. Plenty of other options to stock up on!

The comments in their instagram post are pathetic. I also hope they release nothing on Sunday besides a double batch of hop hands.

Is it possible you saw a picture of the recent RAR release and flipped the scenario?

There are two types of people in beer nowadays pre IG and post IG (have to collect all these cans, post pictures, yada yada yada). All the post IG people don't get what beer is and think the only good beers are ipas that taste like fruit and stouts that taste like dessert. I'm generalizing here but that's pretty much what you see in those comments.

Double batch of hop hands would be great!

It would be better if they release a silent shake today. Oh the uproar of the entitled that would cause!

Release Alien Church and a lager, people complain. Release a Milkshake, people complain.

I'm starting to think that complaining is integral to this subculture, but maybe it's just me?

From the standpoint of Tired Hands and the town of Ardmore (specifically the people that live in the apartments off Athens) silent releases would make a ton of sense.. the same folks will come, just a little later without the chairs lining the street. There would be a total meltdown though by the lactose lads.

Their instagram is absolutely pathetic. If Tired Hands really wanted to mess with them they should include some type of limited glassware with the allotments this afternoon... heads would explode.

I've never actually had anything from them before, but that's interesting. Maybe i saw it somewhere and my mind twisted it up!

I think the Church and Trendler release is awesome as I hope it means it is around for a couple of days and I can stock up for THE BIG GAME. I wouldn't hold it past them but I think it would be crazy to do a big release before the Eagles BIG GAME on Sunday.

No issues with the "boringness" of an AC / Trendler release, but do wish they would brew some different cans and move AC to the General Store at the rate they're brewing it (and just not a fan of lagers at that price, sorry Jean).

That being said, I totally realize that Tired Hands doesn't brew beers specifically for me and my taste buds which seems to be the exact opposite sentiment of most of those IG comments which, admittedly, are pretty satisfying to read.

That Trendler beer was silent fire the last time they canned it. Cannot wait to stock up on that one!

AC is like the perfect beer to release this week, so people can serve their SB party guests some of that beer they're always raving about, without having to dip into the 'Shake Stash.

It's also great because that way you don't have to be distracted from the game with some new beer, or distracted from the beer by the game. At least with church, you ought to know and understand the flavor profile by now that you can just sit back and enjoy it without thinking too deeply into it.

I love Alien Church, and I was planning on going to my first Tired Hands can release in over 6 months, but I think I will hold off now. Nothing against them for doing it, but wasn't the Schwarzbier available at the General Store not too long ago? It also seems like their can yields have gone down the last couple months.

last alien church i had was trash... was like they skipped the juicy hops and did all the bittering hops or something

won't be purchasing more, i'd order on tap if i was there but no way i'd blindly buy 4pk's at this stage of the game

the trendler i'd nab though, i'm sure care and skill went into it's creation since they don't do it often

No, that was the alt bier. I don't think can yields have gone down when you consider they have 1-3 varieties of beer available in cans at the general store and they had a release last week with over 600 cases of beer available.

Awesome the hear. I have two cans of ALien Church from today's release but I will wait a minimum of two weeks before I 'crack' these cans.

    Cheers!

Yikes. Instagram's comments on this latest release are terrible. Such whiny, entitled, spoiled, childish brats. People like that are why NE IPAs fans often have a bad reputation. I hope TH don't have another release on Sunday, just to piss off the haze bros!

I also love the bit about "You’re going to understand and appreciate Lagerbier eventually. =)"

I agree wholeheartedly. I've learned to understand and appreciate lagers. All the hazebros are like "RRREEEE!!! WE DEMAND MILKSHAKES!"
How spoiled and arrogant do you have to be to demand that a brewery only brew the beers you want? Why do they expect Tired Hands to only brew the beers they want?
