Not saying you are wrong, but word is the distribution of kegs is going to be much lighter than usual - which would increase the number of cases. I can’t say for sure that this is accurate but it would make sense for Anniversary beers.

Impossible, there's no 'tose in it!

In all seriousness, I agree. I cracked one open a week back and still tasted great.

But that yield typically includes a mid week drop and standard keg availability, but from what we have read keg availability will be very limited and it doesn't seem like we have a mid-week can release so those factors should result in additional allotments. How many more? I have no idea.

Interesting.....So the information given regarding a true batch yield has been incorrect. If that is the case then saying something is a "single batch" or a "double batch" really means anything

Does anyone know if OH will be open to the public today since it's their actual anniversary? I was thinking of stopping by after work but heard they plan on throwing a private party at some point in time.

I think it's as easy as this....

You if want to guarantee getting all 3 beers, get there early.

If you just want 4th Anniversary and risk not getting 2nd and 3rd Anniversary, go later.

What I love about OH is that they make much more traditional NEIPAs - strictly adhering to the Reinhazegebot - Milk, Hop Powder, Hops, Barley*, Water and Yeast

    *or other stuff

Unlike upstarts such as HVB with the added sour element

For any lactoze boyz that need their fix, I'll be offering my own strain of special 'tose during the release. In honor of OHs anniversary, I will be standing by the original garage doors where the can sales took place this year, not that smith street crap they're pushing. Given my short supply of this blue magic 'tose, the limit is 4 drops per person (limit subject to change). So come on down to 'tose dose your fresh 4pk and be the real star when all those regular boring DDH DIPAs are gone at your super bowl party!

Also note - I have an extremely small supply of 'tose dose teku's for sale. Don't bother asking me how many cases I will have of these, because you know the answer will be "plenty left, come on down!"

Early contender for post of the year. “Reinhazegebot” made me choke on the seltzer I was drinking.

I like the Barley*. Sometimes tells me these ABVs are boosted with a healthy dose of good ole fashioned dextrose.

One other late addition besides 'tose dose tekus. We will also be offering chipotle style "grain" bowls, come build you own! Gaddy Lane take heed, nobody wants fancy jerk chicken sandwiches, what they really want is an OAT BOWL! We will have all the fixins - Oats, wheat, spelt, spent grain from the kettle, maybe some sort of stone fruit, and of course, our special 'tose to really give that pillowy mouthfeel to your oat bowl.

Deconstructed IPAs? Will you be serving them in emptied out light blubs?

    next big "beer" trend:

We're going to take our water and mash in with just oats - give the beer the body. Then during the boil we will add some pureed Grannie Smith apples - the pectin will give the beer a nice haze, then we'll toss in some sugar to give it a high gravity. We'll ferment it with sacch trois yeast to give it a nice mango and pineapple flavors. We'll then blend up fresh mango and pineapple with a mixture of vanilla Nesquik and milk sugar, then dump this into the beer and let it ferment out to about 8.5%.

We'll call it the Gluten Free Smoothie Imperial IPA.

    Your move Tired Hands.
