I feel like we’d be friends. 900 Allots, people should be able to stroll up and get some later I’d assume. Cheers to beer.

I might swing by and try to pick some up with some of that Schwartz for sure. Trendler for the Super Bowl, shake for everything after.

Saw on Instagram that they were warning people they were almost out around the time I was going to head over so didn't make it. Forget volume of beer in a couple hours I find it impressive they are still pulling that many allotments in a couple hours.

My third Milkshake release and definitely the longest line I've seen yet. I'd say there was about 700 people maybe more for the initial line. I was toward the back end of the line and my brother and I got our beer around 12:15.

Cracked one last night and it was really good...hoppy orange creamsicle and not boozy for the abv. Maybe my favorite one I've had yet. Cheers

How quickly do the shakes fall off? Still drink well 45-60 days later?

You think the complaining is bad in the Instagram feeds, you should hear the whining at the 8am chair drop when there is too many people to fit and they realize people are already lined up down alongside the apartments, and wrapping back almost to Rittenhouse.

Or when the volunteers don’t kick linecutters to the back of the line....

Shakes last for a month or more. I was drinking double extra vanilla shakes last night and they’re fine. They’ve lost some vanilla but not much.

i personally find a lot of them taste better after 45-60 days... they are gimmick beers.. once the hops subside some... in a round about way... they taste more like the gimmick... 45-60 days may be the sweet spot..i've had some taste sublime over 6 months old.. while not advised it's fun to see when the sweet spot may be... after all.. they are gimmick beers

Got in line at 11:30 sharp. Was in line for roughly an hour and 15 minutes. When I left, there was roughly a little more than a half pallet left from what I could see.

Went for schwarzbier and hop hands at about 12:45. Walked by ferm line wasn’t long at all so I snagged a four pack. Took me all of 15 minutes. Granted that wasn’t my goal to get it so I wouldn’t suggest this if your goal is to get the haze. I was one of the last 10 people before it sold out I’d say.

Gotta say these shakes are a cool idea but they are so heavy that half a can is plenty. 16 oz is overkill for my beer preference at least.

Boy, the line moved quickly. I dropped chairs at about 8:45 and went to breakfast at Nudys. Got back to the line about 11:35 or so. I was right about St. Paul road. I was through the line by 12:05 with beer in hand and they had not started the final pallet yet. Went to the Cafe for a pour and thought maybe it would make it to the bar since they had 900 allotments so we returned to the Ferm to check it out. It sold out just as we were getting back about 1:00. Very, very easy release and everyone was in a great mood with the impending Eagles game. Very nice day overall....except for the few snow flurries and the slight rain...but otherwise.

PS: The shake is freaking awesome, I just wish it was a 3-4pack limit, but hey lots to go around for everyone.
