    My first true epic import brew was Trappistes Rochefort 10, but I’ve come to love St Bernardus 12 just as much .. Both are LEGENDARY BREWS :slight_smile:

    Rochefort 10 is a beautiful Quad with no grandeur of trying to be a stout (i.e. absent is all of that roasted barley and highly kilned malt that is a defining property of a stout). Rochefort 10 sings with big notes dark fruit (plums, raisins) and accompanied by a relatively dry finish. IMO, this is the epitome of a Quad...jealous!
